Our home is within walking distance to the new Jersey Cow Ice Cream, the famous Ernest & Sons Market (featured on Diners, Dives & Drive-Ins) and Tiki Taco.

This 2nd Floor unit is new and modern, has 2/3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, comfortable living room with 55" Smart TV and a coastal inspired newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen table seats 4, and has a butterfly leaf that extends the table to seat 6.

The outdoor areas include a beautiful new front deck made of modern composite materials and vinyl railings where you can enjoy ocean breezes (and sounds if the wind conditions are right) and a small peek of oceanview and new back covered deck with table seating and a comfortable outdoor couch. There is a convenient Weber Gas Grill on the back deck perfect for grilling up your afternoon BBQ or evening meal.

There is a decadent spa-like enclosed outside shower, with hot & cold water and multiple nozzles, perfect for after a long day on the beach, boating or golfing.

There is off-street parking for 1 compact/regular-sized car. The yard has a lush, manicured lawn, as well as well-tended flower beds.
