Gather with the people you love the most around the upstairs living room's gas fireplace or head for the downstairs recreation room to indulge in a movie night. There's a great collection of board games in each of the three living rooms, perfect for playful competitions for all ages, as well as a pool table and treadmill. There are also five workstations spread throughout the home, making this home ideal for not only family getaways but also work retreats.

The home's kitchen is well-equipped with a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space, when you aren't whipping up your favorite dishes here, head into the vibrant city center of Pagosa Springs where you'll discover a wide range of delicious eateries and cafes. While you're out and about, be sure to pay a visit to Pagosa Springs Center for the Arts, Rocky Mountain Wildlife Park, and Wolf Creek Ski Lodge. If you're playing outside in the water or on the slopes, don't forget to utilize the home's five provided tubes.

Back at your stay, soak amidst the bubbles in the jetted tub, and throw your adventure gear in the private washer/dryer for a refresh. A good night's rest is inevitable as each of the home's six bedrooms is adorned with high-quality linens.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
