âą The home has central heating and AC to keep you comfortable year-round.
âą This is a family-friendly neighborhood, so please keep noise down during quiet hours, especially at night.
⹠Pool heating is available up to 82°F for $150/day minimum (based on current SDGE rates so please inquire about pricing prior to booking). Spa heating is always free
âą A $100 pet fee per pet applies (up to 2 small dogs) to cover deep cleaning after checkout.

The hike itself is about three miles round-trip and climbs 1,000 feet, so bring water and sunscreenâthereâs not much shade, but the views are totally worth it.
