Experience the elegance and comfort of this ocean-view one-bedroom unit, featuring 2 queen-size beds and refined renovation. You can walk to the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, the stunning beach park, and the lagoon. Many restaurants are nearby, and an ABC store is located across the street. Besides the panoramic ocean view, you will also enjoy the sunset view while enjoying the company of your family in this cozy unit.

Important, pls note:
There is some building work in progress. Intermittent noise is expected in the morning and usually ends around 4pm and no work on the weekend. The lanai access of this unit will be possible since the work has been done for this unit. Only during 1/12 to 2/6/2026 the lanai is not possible to open. If your booking is during this time frame, you will see a discount on the rate as you book.
***Appliances: We strive to ensure that all appliances are in working order during your stay. In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution due to the availability of parts and technicians. Therefore, issues with appliances cannot be used as grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shut-offs for maintenance purposes. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.
water shut off last more than 7 hours of the day, we will refund $100 for that day of your booking.
Updates:
1. Toilet leak issue has been repaired and addressed
2. The toaster that is not working has been replaced with a new air fryer! So now you can use it for toast and other cooking pleasures!
There might be time when the condo may need to do routine pest control or AC service. You will see the notice posted on the elevator. Please accommodate these services only if your reservation dates happen to be on one of these dates. They shouldn't take too long.

Parking Garage: Important for those who plan to rent a car and park there. (pls note the parking garage is not operated by us so if there is any issue with the ticket or garage-related problems please contact the number on the ticket. Thank you)
Upon entering the first entrance, please take a ticket. After parking, you can go to the Kiosk to purchase the multiday pass by following the on-screen directions.
Once you linked your multiday pass with your 1st entrance ticket, you can get out of that garage using that multiday pass bar code. Note: pls remember not to use the 1st entrance ticket to get out of the garage without scanning your multipass pass or else your multiday pass ticket may not work normally upon your return to the garage. (this is to link your multi-day pass with your original ticket)
When you return to the garage after you go out, please use that multiday pass to get into the garage again, and don't pull a new ticket.
