Welcome to our spacious and luxurious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom retreat in Las Vegas! Nestled in a prime location, the house is located only 10 minutes to the Strip, 10 minutes to the Convention Center, 10 minutes to the Sphere, and 7 minutes from the Airport.

Treat the backyard as your own private oasis – designed for relaxation and fun. Whether you're soaking up the sun on the patio, enjoying a barbecue with friends and family, or cooling off in the refreshing pool, this outdoor space is your personal sanctuary in the desert! A safety fence is installed for the safety of families with children.

Additional Information: Hot tub heating is included, and the pool can be heated for an additional $100/day. Included in every bedroom is a Smart TV, dresser, mirror, floor fan, luggage rack, iron, & ironing board. Additional air mattresses are also available. Bathrooms are fully stocked with fresh towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers.

Other Things To Note: I do not host Las Vegas locals. This is not just a “vacation rental” – this is our 2nd home where we spend nearly half our time. For that reason, the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, but we also kindly ask you to treat it as you would your own home.
