Olet tervetullut jakaa kätevä, perhe-omistuksessa huoneisto juuressa vuoren vain sekuntien päässä Zephyr tuolihissi. Se on vain lyhyen matkan päässä poimien sukset pukuhuoneessa, kävely ulos takaovesta ohi kylpytynnyrit, lukitus sukset ja kolme toinen suksi alas pääsy rinnettä tuolihissi. Mikään vaivaa tromping päälle ja pois linja kanssa sukset, sauvat ja monot, muita huomattavia n sukset, monot ja sauvat, lasten sukset saappaat ja sauvat, slogging ja pääsee läpi parkkipaikoilla, mietin kun tai jos olet ikinä päästä hissi. Se on todella "niin kuin haaveillut se olisi joskus". On ski ylellinen !! Mitä tarvitaan ski loma.

Jos haluat välttää pikaruokaa valikot tungosta Ski jättää, vain ski alas rinnettä ja helposti osaksi teidän huoneisto. Nauttia lounasta teidän neljännessä kerroksessa parveke elävää viihdettä kuten katsella hiihtäjiä tulla alas Hughes. Se on kätevä, yksityinen ja on kaikki mukavuudet kotona. Keittiö on varusteltu perus ruoka prep kohteita, sängyt päivitetään ylelliset vuodevaatteet ja pyyhkeet kylvyssä ovat super muhkeat.

Nauti lisämukavuutena maanalainen pysäköinti sekä ilmainen bussikuljetus kaupungin Winter Park tai ostoskeskus Frasier.

Great Ski Condo

I booked this property for a ski weekend with my daughter. The location is ideal and truly ski in ski out right on the catwalk above the gondola. The owner gave great instructions and quickly responded to questions.

Can’t beat the location!

This trip was a trip of a lifetime. My husband and I enjoyed the cozy room, fireplace and the fact that we could walk a few steps to the Gondola and we were on the slopes. We hope to return soon! Bruce (the owner) was great to correspond with making sure we had everything that was needed.

Great Winter Vacation!

My husband and I traveled to Winter Park for a quick vacation in January 2013. We love the resort! Everything is so convenient (shops, restraunts) it truly is ski-in, ski-out. The condo owner was very easy to work with and was helpful with recommendations for newbie skiers like us. Having a kitchen was really nice too. We made a quick to the SafeWay and stocked up on breakfast and lunch goodies to eat in the condo. There are really fluffy towels in the bathroom and they were wonderful! We would definitely stay in this condo again.

Everything that was promised - I would stay again

We all expect clean, neat rentals - not only did this rental provide the critical fundamentals I was pleasantly surprised with the little extras that make a difference (snack bars, snack packs, tea, coffee). Bruce had even provided travel size toothpaste/shaving cream.... A rental who's owner clearly cares - and does the little things that make a difference.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This condo is 110% of what is listed! The location was great, truly a ski-in/ski-out condo! The unit was very comfortable, with a comfy bed, and great amenities. It went above and beyond my expectations! Working with the owner was a great experience all on its own. I wanted to surprise my husband for his birthday with a ski-in/ski-out condo, and the owner made it incredibly special for us (my husband was thrilled with the whole weekend!). I would recommended this unit to others. We loved it!

A great ski-in and ski-out unit

We really enjoyed our stay in this ski-in and ski-out unit - it is super clean, cozy and well-equipped. The owner Bruce is very easy to work with and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, linens are great quality, kitchen is well stocked, amenities are top of the line, and everything works! The room is bright with a nice view of the slope and lift. We are not surprised why Bruce's unit has received so many positive ratings. The only thing that is out of the owner's control is that we, the guests, had to pay for the parking ($14 a day) according to Aspen Management. Apparently, it was the new policy. Despite that, we had a great time and we will definitely rent this place again when we are back to Winter Park!

Perfect spot - a bit dated

We loved the spot. There is no AC...which was not really needed, can just crack the windows. The bedding, bathroom, living room is dated and with a bit more care, we would have paid an extra $50 a night. Shower curtain yellow stains, one of the hot tubs smelled straight like mold (not our owners issue but homeowners need to fix that). At the end of the day...the location does not get better. The owner could put better bedding on and just update small things like towels and make it a bit more homey and clean and I would have given a 5 star. I would probably and may stay there again if they allow for it after this review 😂 . If you are trying to impress a date...not the spot.....

Just as advertised...we loved it!

After reading the description of this condo and all of the previous reviews, we were pretty confident that we would be happy with our choice of this condo. It was exactly as described, and all of the reviews we read ahead of time were very accurate. I was especially happy with how clean the condo was. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, the bathroom was clean and had very nice towels. The bed was comfortable, and our two young kids slept well on the pull out couch. I was worried that staying in a condo may be noisy, as we tend to go to sleep early with little kids, but it was very quiet. After staying at previous locations in Winter Park, we really enjoyed the ski in/ski out part. It made skiing with two kids much easier. We were able to come back for lunch and rest for a bit before going back out. Bruce was very easy to work with, and promptly answered our questions from the beginning. I was always confident that everything would go smoothly. He sent the key card and parking pass to us at home in plenty of time before our trip. We would definitely stay here again. Bruce made our planning very easy. My only hope is that he gets a 2 bedroom condo as well, so we can stay there with a bigger group in the future!

We loved our stay at this cozy condo. The location was not only fantastic for getting to the gondola in the morning, but the ski lockers and hot tubs were conveniently located as well. We’d stay here again!

Great Overall!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property! The actual condo was much nicer than the pictures depicted, the unit was well stocked, the ski-in-out convenience was awesome, and Matt was very helpful anytime I had questions. I came with my 17 year old son and his friend. The only suggestion is to provide a foam topper for the pull out sofa. We hope to return to this unit next year!

Excellent customer service!

We booked this unit for 10 nights March 2024. From the time of booking up until the time we checked out, the owner was easily reachable, professional, and responded to our needs very quickly. The Unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies including crock pots, large pans, and an array of spices! It is a true ski in and ski out . Loved this trip and will be booking this Unit again for sure!

Great Adventure!

From check in to all the requests during our stay, the host was amazing and responsive. The place couldn’t be more convenient for skiing - we loved it and will be back.

Wonderful location and great host

This property is one of the best locations in Winter Park Village. It is ski in ski out and you can see the Gondola and Corridor run from the window. It has everything you need. Matt, the host, is wonderful and even accommodated an extra night for us for a very reasonable price when we were stuck due to an avalanche closing the pass. Highly recommend!

One Bedroom and a Foldout sofa

This is a wonderful one bedroom condo with a foldout sofa. My 17 yo daughter slept on the foldout and said it was pretty uncomfortable—the bedroom bed was great. The lodge is really nice—loved the hot tubs—and the location couldn’t be better. You really don’t need a car here—parking is an extra $20/day—not included with the VRBO. All in all a five star experience!

Fantastic location. Good unit, could use some updating

We loved the location. Host was proactive on checkin and responsive. The sheets were a little stiff and the kitchen untensils were a bit thin. Overall was a great stay and would recommend. Would be 5 stars if some of the details were tightened up a bit. Thanks!
