Newly renovated Winter Park condo on the Fraser River

Our newly remodeled Winter Park condo sits on the Fraser River, 1 block from Main Street with easy access to the free Ski bus line.

2 bedroom, 1and 1/4 bath condo with 2 queen beds and 1 twin bunk bed. This unit sleeps 5 and has a full kitchen, fireplace, and outdoor grill.

This is a non-smoking, pet-free unit. There will be a $200 per night fine if guests bring pets for their stay or smoke in the unit.

Our ground floor condo has easy access to the fully equipped Rec center that includes an indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, fitness room, laundry facilities, pool table, locker rooms and kids indoor play area.

Condo is walking distance to Fraser Trail, Rendezvous Trailhead, Headwaters event center, fishing river/pond, movie theater/ bowling alley, grocery store, restaurants, distillery, and brewery.


INCREDIBLE LOCATION ON THE FRASER RIVER....park your car and shuttle to the base of Winter Park Ski Resort or any location downtown for restaurants, bars and shopping.

Very comfortable and cozy condo.

Nice and clean. Right on river with plenty of green space and trails. Kitchen full of pots and pans. Mattress in both bedrooms very comfortable. Peaceful and quiet.

Excellent stay great location

We had a great stay at this location. Easy to get to winter park. Clean and quiet! Made a great spot to take a friend with 2 bedrooms. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place/location

Loved it for the river setting, clubhouse, walkable to town etc. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Comfortable for family of 4. Comfortable beds too!

Right off the resort but near all amenities. Beautiful view of a little river, and in a great spot with great shade spots for the summer. Loved it here, 10/10 would visit again

Great location for a trip to Winter Park

Enjoyed our stay and with the bus stop right outside the location it couldn’t be easier to get the Winter Park. There is also a fitness center in the rec center where the pool/hot tubs are which was a nice bonus. Would recommend staying here!

Very nice space and great location

I enjoyed my stay at this great condo. It had everything i needed and then some. I used the master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable. I'm mentioning how soft the towels were because in most places, they are like sandpaper. It was great having a fire one night. I would definitely stay here again.It was also close to everything. Cheers

My family and I had a fantastic time at this rental. Good location, clean unit and it had all we needed. The rec center was an excellent bonus.

Great place to unwind

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The creek right outside, the amenities and the great location made this a wonderful place to spend a relaxing summer week. Lots of fun things to do around there too. The condo is well furnished, very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely reccomend

Just what we needed

The place was clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and everything worked well. The kids loved playing in the river. The only criticism I would have is there was no table for eating, but we just ate at the picnic tables outside.

Nice little place

I think this rental will really shine in the warmer months when you can sit outside and enjoy the river. However , I spent a little time in the snow and watched the water roll by.The unit is a little small, but you can still make it work with 2 adults and 2 kids. 1 cook at a timeIn the kitchen - adequately stocked!Property manager was very responsive and fair.I cant wait to come back in the summer/fall!!

Sweet Little Condo

Very clean and comfy. And so peaceful by the river. The location is walking distance to town and the bike path. The only thing that was negative for us probably wouldn’t bother anyone else but the living room needs a lamp or two because it was only overhead lightning and a bit harsh for nighttimes. We enjoyed it there!

Ski weekend getaway

Our family of four enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed for cooking meals and relaxing after skiing. Beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the tv in the main living area and this was brought to the owner’s attention that the device needed to be activated. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Perfect for Ski Weekend

Perfect place to stay for our ski weekend. The shuttle to Winter Park picks up across from the building and runs every 30 minutes. The community recreation center, with three hot tubs and a big pool, is a quick walk. It is also easy to walk to the restaurants on Main St for dinner rather than needing to drive. Overall it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay for three adults.

Central Location and Fair Price

Small but well-equipped 2-bed, 1 bath, updated ground floor unit with direct access to shared lawn which is bordered by the river. It was a great base camp for our family of 4 to spend a week in July exploring Winter Park to Rocky Mountain National Park. Quick access to trails around the nearby ponds, single track mountain bike trails, and the complex's (many buildings containing multiple buildings) shared facilities including laundry, workout room, pool, and hot tubs. Parking is at the building with a short walk around to the door in the back, facing the river. Short drive to the Winter Park mountain village, grocery store in Fraser, rodeo grounds, many local hiking and biking trails. Host was responsive and contactless check-in and coded door access was easy. No dedicated dining area but the counter seating and outdoor picnic table was sufficient for us. There are no lamps so headlamps may be helpful if you desire to read in bed or elsewhere without having the ceiling lights on. Our kids enjoyed the bunk beds and the sound machine was a nice touch for them given that the walls and ceiling in this older building are not soundproofed. Sound machine also helped to block out the bathroom vent fan, which is older and loud, when showering after the kids are in bed or before they get up. Not a luxury unit but your budget conscious family will enjoy this lodging.
