Hello, and thanks for stopping by. We are thrilled at the opportunity to share our condo with you here at Topsail Dunes Villas. It really is all about the view and we think ours is one of the best on the island. We have been vacationing on Topsail Island for over 20 years and rented many condos. Some must haves we always looked for when searching for a condo were (1) Oceanfront location with great views. (2) easy access to beach and pool. (3) comfortable living area with well stocked kitchen. (4) quiet family friendly beach away from all the hustle and bustle. If these things are on the top of your list, you came to the right place. Come and enjoy breathtaking ocean views from your private balcony in this 2nd floor 1Br 1B point unit condo. There is no elevator in our building so you will have to climb a few stairs. This nicely decorated condo features a fully equipped kitchen, queen master bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk beds for the little ones. All about the view is just steps away from the pool and ocean and only minutes away from grocery stores and many great restaurants. At Topsail Dunes you will find a less crowded family friendly beach, large swimming pool, play area for the kids with basketball court and pirate ship, outdoor grills with pavilion and picnic tables, and plenty of parking. Our condo is perfect for couples wanting to spend their vacation relaxing on the beach soaking up some vitamin "SEA" and for those wanting to enjoy the beach with the kiddos making lasting memories. Come and see why Topsail Island won the reader's choice award as best little beach town in the USA. Hope to “SEA” you soon at “All About The View”.

This is a terrific place to stay for a couple or small family. The beach-themed decor is fun and very tasteful - love it. It's cozy and comfortable & of course the ocean view is amazing! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen as well as going out to some nice restaurants not far away. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you!

Excellent view!

This condo is absolutely adorable! It has an amazing view of the ocean and everything you need so all that you have to bring is groceries! So very tastefully decorated just as in the photos! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I truly have nothing negative to say, my family stayed in 2 other condos in this building and were a little envious of “mine” when they came over. I will add though(for us over 50 crowd)that there is no ramp or elevator to this part of the building so make sure your up to climbing stairs with your suitcases etc. or bring someone strong and athletic with you to help. Also, did I mention the view?!! Thank you Herb and Christine!!

A few days on the beach

The unit was very nice inside and well furnished. The view was perfect. Almost like your sitting on the beach. The only i would have liked better is the place had an elevator or at least a dumb waiter for checking in and out. Even that said we would definitely recommend this friends.

Amazing View

The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. The view is amazing. You can sit in the living room and watch the waves; you don’t even have to be on the balcony. The condo was spotless. The kitchen is wonderful. The bed is comfortable and my daughter enjoyed the bunk bed. You walk down a few steps and you’re at the beach or pool. The beach wasn’t crowded and we found so many beautiful shells. We had a wonderful week and would love to return in the future.

Amazing

Amazing week and our first time visiting in Topsail/Sneads Ferry. This property will be one we return to. Extremely beautiful condo, clean and the views are stunning. Loved the area and extremely convenient to restaurants and shopping. Definitely planning a return and this will be our go to rental. They have done an amazing job with their property.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed this condo very much as it met our expectations and then some! Wouldn't change a thing! It is beautifully decorated and furnished with everything one needs for a relaxing getaway. And we had great weather too!!!

I am from Kinsale Va. a very small town close to the Potomac River and my wife grew up in Buffalo NY. We now live in Moseley Va. about 45 minutes south of Richmond Va. We have 5 children and 3 grandchildren. We have been vacationing at Topsail Island for many years and fell in love with the island on our first trip. As soon as we get to the top of the high-rise bridge, driving onto the island, and can see all the homes, the beautiful ocean, and can smell that salt air, it always puts a smile on our face. So many great memories over the years with our children and now grandchildren. We feel very blessed to have this condo and want very much to share it so others can create their own special memories. " UPDATE April 2024" My wife and I love Topsail Island and the beach so much we decided to sell our home in Moseley Va. and move closer to Topsail Dunes. We are now only 15 minutes from " All ABOUT THE VIEW " and thrilled we can manage our property and give all our guests personal VIP treatment. Anything you might need during your stay we are only a few minutes away and ready to accommodate. Our goal is to provide a clean, comfortable, well stocked condo, with a great view, so all you have to do is relax and have a wonderful time! Herb & Christine
