Sleeps 8 Guests: With three bedrooms and a queen sofa bed, Ocean Dream comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or a romantic getaway.

Convenience and Comfort: Linens are included, elevators make access a breeze, and the condo features two well-appointed bathrooms with starter sets of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

The building charges a $60 registration fee upon check-in to obtain your parking pass. Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building s discretion.

* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.

Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
