Escape to the backyard paradise to take a dip in the pool. Several chaise lounges are perfect for sunbathing, or you can grill up tasty meals and dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table under the covered patio. Two main bedrooms also offers direct access to a quiet seating area for two on their own private covered decks.

Everything in this home is brand new! As you enter the home, you are greeted by the large kitchen and living room which has a wall of windows allowing for clear views of the inlet. The open floor plan makes it perfect for everyone to be together, whether it is eating with the family or watching the big game on the large 75” Smart Roku TV. There is plenty of comfortable seating spread out and unwind after a long day at the beach. The large round dining table has seating for 8 for festive vacation meals, as well as 4 more additional bar stools at the kitchen island. Vaulted ceilings with large windows throughout flood the first floor of this retreat with natural light. Snuggle up on a sectional in the main living area to watch movies on the 75" Smart Roku TV (bring your favorite streaming service with you!). And just outside the living room is a covered porch, perfect to enjoy a morning coffee, or evening breeze.

The chef in your group will feel right at home in this upgraded kitchen, complete with brand-new stainless steel appliances and an island all with new granite countertops that doubles as a four-seater breakfast bar.

On the main floor, a master bedroom with a king size bed will help you recharge for another fun day at the beach. It has its own private bathroom that has been completely remodeled, and private deck to relax and unwind. Upstairs there are 4 more bedrooms. Another Master bedroom with king size bed, its own remodeled master bathroom, and another covered deck. There is also a queen bedroom, with its own private bathroom. At the end of the hall there are 2 more bedrooms – the left side room a king bed, and the right bedroom has two twin over full bunk beds for the kids to enjoy. All rooms have their own Smart Roku TV’s for everyone to enjoy on their own. The living room also has a sleeper sofa that will easily sleep two more guests.

While you’re here, take a trip to many of the local jewels this area has to offer. Whether it’s lunch and drinks at the fourth floor restauraunt, the Quay (a local favorite), with exquisite views of the inlet, or a trip to the beach, or visiting the many restaurants and shops along the Marsh Walk, you’re never far away from something to do.

There is a carport under the house, and the driveway can fit several cars. Sea La Vie is one of the more popular destinations for our returning guests. We've taken care of everything so that your trip to Sea La Vie is a memorable one!

We are in a quiet cozy neighborhood, just 3 blocks from beach/ocean access!

The driveway and under the home can accomodate several vehicles. Being so close to the beach, it's only a couple minute walk. Or you can rent bikes or a golf cart from one of the many local businesses, some of whom will deliver to you. The neighborhood is also very walkable, should you want to take the dog out for a stroll!

There are smart Roku Tv's in the entire home. If you want to watch TV, bring your logins to your favorite streaming service with you. The TV will log you out at the end of your stay.
