“Star of the Sea” a 5 bed, 4.5 bath townhome in the heart of Surf City

Welcome to "Star of the Sea" This is your 5 bed 4.5 bat home away from home, It's a brand new construction townhome, every square inch of this property is new. The elevator goes to all floors, is big enough for all your vacation goodies.

This townhome has a community pool that will be open 2024 Peak Season. It is also central to all things Surf City.

In the "loft area", you will find a queen bed with an ensuite and a second living area, also a smart TV. On this level you will have some great views of the ocean and deck access with rockers.

Down the stairs from the loft is the main living area. You will find the queen bedroom en-suite on this floor and ample room for all your family members. Also a private half bath and a deck with outdoor dining.

Down from the main living area you will find the Master bedroom with huge ensuite with walk in Shower, also 2 bunk rooms with a shared bath and the laundry area.

Outside you will find ample sitting and great views and energetic atmosphere.

As an added touch, and unique to Sol Searching Properties, you will find for your convenience, “starter” items. Please keep in mind these are meant to start your vacation, not supply your whole stay. These items include

- Coffee, sugar, sugar alternative, creamer and filters.
- a new kitchen scrubber
- a dish towel and washcloth
- dish soap
- dishwasher tabs
- powdered laundry soap
- bar soap per bathroom
- ziplock bags
- trash bags
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- CLEAN linens, including comforters and shams.
- Pack and play, high chair, noise machines available upon request, first come first serve

Strict two car parking

A separate security deposit for $450 and renters agreement will run through Ownerez after booking. This is a requirement to keep the booking.

Renter making the booking must be at least 25 years old and provide proper identification along with renter agreement. With credit card matching name on license.

Great House in Surf City!
My family and I came to Surf City to celebrate our grandson's 11th birthday and the Sapphire House was perfect for us! It is a beautiful, well-appointed house close to beach access and allows dogs! The kitchen is wonderful and had everything we needed to not only make meals, but the birthday cake as well! Great furnishings, comfortable beds and fabulous views from every balcony makes the Sapphire House a gem in Surf City! We had a great time!!!

Beautiful new home with fully stocked kitchen, elevator and amazing views from the top floor!
Brand new home with a fully stocked kitchen, super comfy beds, elevator, private walkway to the beach, ocean view from two porches, 2 living room areas, close to dining and shops made this property the perfect vacation spot for us! I don’t think I have ever felt more at home in another rental than this one. I highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to book our next getaway at this property.

Perfect Beach Getaway!!!
This gorgeous beach house is HUGE! It is perfect for large families or a multiple family vacation. The house was immaculately clean and had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Each floor has its own balcony, and the top floor boasts peaceful views of the ocean. After spending an hour here, you will never want to leave. The beach house is perfectly located. It's only minutes from the bridge and within walking distance to great food and drinks, fun, and a supermarket, but it feels far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is a private walkway which takes you straight to the beach and only takes a few short, relaxing minutes. While you will find this house hits every detail and specification one might want in a beach getaway, you will find the intangibles are everything. The Sapphire Retreat was the retreat we did not know we needed.
