We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You will have access to the entire home during your stay for your privacy and comfort. Please note that the unit may not be suitable for individuals who are have mobility challenges, as there are stairs leading to the entrance of the unit and three small staircases inside the home.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms are spread across multiple levels, giving everyone a comfortable space to retreat. The master bedroom features a king bed and elevated views, while a lower-level ensuite bedroom offers private access to the backyard. Another king bedroom is set apart on the basement level, creating an added sense of privacy. A queen room and a two-twin setup complete the sleeping options, each with memory foam mattresses, ample storage, and soft linens. In total, the home sleeps up to 10 guests with six beds.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide convenience for groups. On the upper level, a rainfall shower with a tiled bench creates a spa-like experience. The mid-level bathroom includes a glass walk-in shower, while the ensuite bathroom has a tub and direct access to the hot tub outside. Each space is updated with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, towels, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is the heart of the home, where stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops surround a large island. Fully stocked with cooking basics, pots and pans, dishes, silverware, and barbecue utensils, it’s ready for anything from a simple breakfast to a holiday meal. A dining table welcomes shared meals and conversation, while coffee, wine glasses, a toaster, microwave, and dishwasher make preparation easy.

Living spaces
Two living rooms invite you to gather, one with cozy seating and smart TVs for movie nights, the other with space for games and conversation. Board games are available, and families will appreciate thoughtful touches like a Pack ’n Play, high chair, children’s dinnerware, and baby safety gates. High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace in a midnight blue office provide what you need for remote work.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced backyard designed for both relaxation and play. The patio features outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, and a hot tub for evenings under the stars. Mature trees frame the setting, offering shade and a sense of privacy while you enjoy time outdoors.

Practical details
Parking is simple with a two-car driveway and free street parking. Self check-in is available through a keypad and smart lock. Safety is supported with exterior security cameras monitoring only the outdoor areas, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Washer, dryer, ironing supplies, and extra linens are on hand for added convenience.
