We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Large groups, multi-generational families, and friends traveling together will find plenty of room to gather while still enjoying private space when needed.

Evenings here are best spent outdoors. Both homes feature inviting spaces to unwind, from Adirondack chairs arranged around fire pits to patios set with dining tables for al fresco meals. Fire up the grill for a casual barbecue as the sun dips behind the foothills, or relax with a glass of wine beneath Colorado’s expansive sky. Home 2 includes a fenced yard and covered patio, perfect for children and pets to play safely while adults linger outside. Yard games and outdoor furniture make it easy to create lasting memories together.

Indoor comfort and gathering spaces
Inside, open-plan living areas invite relaxation and shared time. Plush sofas and Smart TVs make movie nights effortless, while dining tables set the scene for meals that last well past dessert. Fully stocked kitchens in both homes are equipped with stainless steel appliances, generous counter space, and all the cooking basics, giving you the freedom to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a family feast. With two kitchens and dining areas, groups can spread out or come together with ease.

Entertainment for everyone
No matter the weather, fun is built in. Each home includes a game room with foosball, darts, giant Connect 4, and classic board games. Whether you’re sparking a friendly family tournament or simply enjoying a low-key evening, these spaces keep every age entertained and connected.

Sleeping arrangements
Between the two homes, there are ten bedrooms and five bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 16 guests. Home 1, the Modern Cowboy Cottage, includes five bedrooms with four king beds and one queen bed, along with two bathrooms. Home 2, the Family-Friendly Retreat, features another five bedrooms with four king beds, one queen, and a twin, plus three bathrooms. Modern fixtures, plush towels, soft linens, extra pillows, and room-darkening shades ensure a restful night’s sleep for everyone.

Family and pet-friendly touches
Traveling with children or pets is simple here. A pack ’n play, high chair, and board games are provided, and babysitter recommendations are available upon request. Pets are welcome too, with the fenced yard at Home 2 offering a safe outdoor space for them to enjoy.

Essentials and extras
Each home includes a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and climate control with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. Safety features such as smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit are in place. Guests can enjoy keypad self check-in, free parking on-site, and additional street parking.

Set in a peaceful suburban neighborhood, the retreat offers quick access to both nature and city attractions. Explore local trails, parks, and nearby shopping at The Streets at Southglenn, or head into downtown Denver just 20 minutes away. Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a 32-minute drive, while Rocky Mountain National Park can be reached in about 90 minutes, making this an ideal home base for exploring the best of Colorado.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden and will result in a fine no less than $500.
All fireplaces are decorative only, and currently not operable due to fire safety concerns.
