This 2000sqft newly renovated condo awaits your perfect gateway in the heart of the city. It's Huge !

This 2 story condo offers a large kitchen, a big living room perfect for socializing, a dining room, 3 close bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. The Kitchen island is 14 feet long, perfect for enjoying an aperitif while cooking a wonderful meal.

Large windows and 10 foot ceilings will give you the impression of being in a majestic and very bright place.

This building dating from the late 1800s has been completely renovated to make it the most beautiful apartment in Quebec City. The red brick walls and the large common spaces will make you fall in love with the place as soon as you arrive.

Whatever the purpose of your trip, you will find what you want here.

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You are at 15-20 minutes of walking distance to the famous Old Québec and all the best places to see. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.

If you come by car, 120, 254 and 296 Saint-Vallier are the closest parking available. It’s 30$/day.

On site, you will find a welcome guestbook with several of our suggestions for activities or even restaurants. We will always be available to answer your questions, our one and only goal is to make your stay in Quebec City unforgettable.

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.

It is possible to park in the street on weekends but there is also a public parking lot across the street.

A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

-Limit the noise after 10PM.

-No shoes or boots inside the condo (leave it in the entrance).

-Start the dishwasher before leaving.

*In the event of cancellation, credit card charges are payable by the customer (3%).

This was a fabulous condo! Spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The eight of us all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms. The owner was always fast in his replies to my questions. He made suggestions for us regarding places to eat that the locals know are the best. So glad we stayed here!

Outlets in kitchen did not work. Did not realize that most of the bedrooms were down narrow stairs which was difficult for older people in our group. That would have been important to state in the description if it is not there. Overall a very nice stay

Truly wonderful stay in Quebec City - the home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of 6. An abundance of charm and convenience. The location could not have been better. Easy, close parking. Superior coffee shop a few doors down + any number of good spots to eat & shop nearby. Great place for a family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this apartment in Quebec City. The place was very clean and spacious, with enough room for our family of four. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The kids were excited to have their own rooms with two beds each. The location was perfect for exploring the old town and the nearby attractions. The best part was how quiet it was at night, we slept like babies. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay in Quebec City.

Gorgeous and Clean

Exactly as described. Spacious, super clean, and a very safe area. The beds were divine, with crisp white sheets and lofty duvets. Totally quiet sleeping arrangements, as all bedrooms (3) are downstairs. Super attentive hosts. Very professionally maintained. Great area to walk from - close to old town and upper town, though we still spoiled ourselves with Uber ($10 to get anywhere, really cheap) after a long day of sightseeing. Just lovely to return home to a hot shower, fluffy towels and an absolutely gorgeous living space. First class all around.

Good property but could use a little more luxury in amenities and furniture . Very uncomfortable IKEA sofa. Chairs and stools could use noise reduction felts or bumpers . Lining towels were very thin and only one hand towels for 7 adults. No blankets on beds. Light porch bulb not working. Bathtub drain not operable . Pillows need upgrade

Girl's Trip

Our group of 9 women absolutely LOVED our time in Quebec City & your property was just perfect for us!! The kitchen was ideal for a big group - as was the living room for chatting & coffee in the morning. The dining room table was ideal for playing cards at night. We liked that the bedrooms were downstairs - very quiet for those wanting to sleep before others. Two good sized bathrooms downstairs with shower options as well as 1/2 bath upstairs made getting cleaned up and ready for the day a faster process. The location was close to groceries, restaurants & liquor. We took advantage of the restaurant 1/2 block away. (La Cuisine - friendly staff, good food, highly recommended). Your location provided us with easy access to the bus stops nearby (transportation to the airport & back - as well as to the waterfall & back). The rest we did on foot. Quebec City has a LOT of stairs, but we enjoyed the challenge. We did not rent a car - did it all on foot or by city bus. I have to say that Old Quebec City (lower area) with it's quaint feel & cobblestone streets was our favorite. We had lunch & cocktails at Bistrot Papa Georges twice (once inside because of rain & once outdoors) - another recommended stop. Thanks for providing us with wonderful accommodations during our stay.
