Cozy townhome+resort amenities, 6 min walk 2 beach. Turtle-licious has it all! This incredible new 2 bedroom, 1 bath townhouse in Aruba Bay Resort provides everything you need and is the perfect location for your next Padre Island escape. Beautiful turtle murals, hand-painted by a local artist greet you as you're entering, putting a smile on your face. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has plenty of room for everyone to gather while planning your day or relaxing in the evening. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances and all the dishes, pots, pans, and essentials to make a fantastic meal. After a day of fun in the sun, you will sleep like a baby on the Tuft & Needle Mint mattresses. The outdoor patio, decked out with string lights and artificial turf, is the perfect spot to start or end your day as you relax with "Tina" the turtle. Turtle-licious has everything, including the sounds of the surf right outside your door!

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO DOGS / WEIGHT LIMIT OF 30LBS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was good but 1st night we noticed that we did not have a blanket for one of the beds. We called the number on flyer and they said sorry we can’t bring you one tonight so we were cold that night. They said one would come the next day about halfway through the next day we had to go to the office and one showed up about 30 minutes later. Also on the website it promised free ice and coffee and snacks from 9-11 all of these things were unavailable during our stay. I was very disappointed that those things weren’t available.

Great location, know what to expect
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed in mid-March for three nights. Good location within 5-10 min walk from beach. As stated, there is only a starter supply of household items. We had a few extra towels, but expect one towel and washcloth per person. We ended up washing the bedding and making the top bunk bed, which wasn’t done before our arrival. The back porch has nice artificial grass, which is ok for dogs to potty on. We didn’t end spending much time there since you know dogs have done their business everywhere in the small space. There is an outdoor faucet in front, which was nice to wash sand off feet and beach items. The hose is in poor condition with leaks, could use replaced. The community pool was heated and our kids liked it. The bathroom wasn’t clean at the pool, expect public bathroom level of dirtiness. Slide on top rack of dishwasher was broke, but dishwasher still functioned. Overall would stay again!

The community heated pool and slides was great for the kids. We enjoyed the clubhouse and all of their daily activities and family entertainment. Highly recommend and will stay here again!
