This freshly renovated fully furnished home is a 3 bedroom 1.5 baths. Features include 2 queen and 1 full bed bedrooms. Back yard has a screened patio on the corner lot and fenced backyard. The tastefully decorated home is spacious for our short term guests coming into town for work contracts, extended patient treatments, or those needing a spot to stay in between homes or during a renovation. Stay includes utilites, wifi, furnishings, linens and landscaping The home has the basic comforts so all you need to bring is your personal effects with you. Initial start up supplies include starter, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags Things to note: Guest agreement is 30 days at a time Sales tax is paid Registered Short term rental 8 person occupancy MAX 3 car MAX on site and no grass parking Home is to be left how found. Cleaning fee will be added to initial payment $300 Zero tolarence for any smoking, marijuana and vaping in the home. Pets must be approved in writing with fees paid. Parties are not allowed and defined as any group over occupancy number. Immediate minimum $3000 fine for any rule infraction which will be used for damage, painting or cleaning. 100% no smoking or vaping in the home ($1500 fine)
Pets must be approved and excessive barking must be stopped. All animals are the sole responsibility of the guest 100% of the time. Guest will be charged for any and all pet damages to CC on file
Short term rentals under municipal code must ONLY have 4 cars max and no on street or grass parking at anytime. Noise ordinance- Acoustic or amplified music outside must be turned off or below 10 decibels after 8pm until 8am
Guests staying month to month have the opportunity to extend with signed agreement on the 15th for the next month- reach out to host for details after booking
Upon check out - home should be left 100% as found- all trash and garbage removed, sink empty of dishes, beds striped of sheets and towels left on floor. Double check for all personal effects
