Secluded but not too far away from all of the great attractions of southern RI. Beach is a 13 minute drive. Several hiking trailheads within a 5 minute drive. Four public golf courses within 13 minutes. Downtown Westerly, 17 minutes. Narragansett sea wall, 22 minutes. Plenty of free parking for your vehicles and even your boat if you bring one!
The space
The cottage is one of three homes on the property. There is also a large commercial building on the property. The commercial building’s tenants operate during normal business hours and are of minimal disturbance. There is a large gravel parking lot that can accommodate boats or recreational vehicles for those staying in the cottage.
Guest access
Guest access is to the cottage, the partially fenced in cottage yard, the parking area/driveway, and the larger gravel lot behind the cottage should it be utilized by guests for boats or other accessory parking.
