Enter the building through the updated lobby and take the elevator to the third floor. The keyless entry system on the front door of the condo makes check-in and check-out simple and easy. This condo offers tasteful décor, comfortable furnishings, and flat screen TVs in every room! The living room has a sleeper sofa and loveseat, a TV, and balcony access for enjoying the amazing weather that Hilton Head has to offer. The fully-equipped kitchen has newer appliances, granite counters, and everything needed for preparing daily meals. The dining area is just off the kitchen and has a table and six chairs for making many memories.

The main bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen smart TV for accessing your personal streaming service along with cable, an in-suite tub/shower combo, and private balcony access. The guest bedroom includes a flat screen TV for with access to cable, two queen beds, and access to a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main living room TV offers Cable TV.
