Welcome to our home in Village House, located in the charming seaside village of Port Royal on Hilton Head Island. Whether you're a beach lover, tennis enthusiast, or golfer, our recently updated condo offers a comfortable and convenient stay.

Situated on the first floor, our condo features two balconies. The ocean-side living room balcony is spacious and equipped with a patio table, four chairs, and a chase lounge. It also has a circular staircase leading to the gardens below. The dining room table can be adjusted to accommodate four or six guests. There are two large bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two queen beds, both with their own full bathrooms.

Adjacent to the Westin Resort, our condo is just a short walk away from the beach and pool. You have two beach options: either take the boardwalk between the Marriott and Westin or walk to Islanders Beach Park, which offers picnic areas, a playground, and facilities to clean off after a day at the beach.

Our condo owned by a mother-daughter duo dedicated to ensuring your comfort during your stay. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and cable channels. Parking is conveniently located on the ground floor, and there are excellent biking and walking paths adjacent to our building.

For your convenience, the building has both an elevator and stairs. The condo includes amenities such as complimentary wireless Internet access and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove-top, microwave, coffee/tea maker, and all necessary cookware, dishes, and utensils.

Just as advertised!

103 Wimbledon Court was just as advertised. The Property Owner was very communicative and pleasant. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. Everything needed for a week long stay was there in a great neighborhood that was a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The community pool was close and well kept. The unit was very spacious and comfortable. We liked the location on the north end of the island. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet but activity filled location. Great stay!!

Spring break

The owners were very responsive to an issue we had concerning a coffee maker. Ordered one and was at the condo within hours. Great location, about a seven minute walk to the beach. The issue we had was with the beds. They were lacking in support and we found them very uncomfortable and both of us came away with our backs hurting. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Our second stay

My wife and I rented the condo for a week two years ago when it was owned by a different party. I'm happy to report that the new owners have made numerous upgrades that have made it even more homey and inviting: new couch, new sink faucets in every bathroom and kitchen, new dishwasher, and new clothes washer/dryer combo. The location is another major reason why we like it...close to the beach (within walking distance) and near several popular eateries. We love staying there after the summer "crunch" because it is not crowded and is very, very quiet. Thanks so much for your hospitality and helping us work through a registration hiccup. Port Royal Vacation April 2023

1. Property manager was easy to communicate with and responded very promptly to any questions and/or concerns we might have had. 2. Property was located in Port Royal which is a great location on the island near golf courses, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. However, the property was not as close to the beach as we thought. It made walking difficult especially when carrying beach umbrellas and beach chairs back and forth. 3. Check in was very smooth, no problems whatsoever. 4. Kitchen was well stocked with every tool and utensil we could have needed however beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked. Our friends as well as ourselves thought they were too soft. Others might think differently, however.

My Happy Place

We were 3 adult related family members; Mom, daughter, and cousin. It's become a tradition. My daughter was 5 her first time and many years have passed since. Things have changed, but not the beauty or magic of HHI. We missed going last year because of the pandemic and just when it looked like we may not get there in 2021 my daughter said "We're going!" We went on VRBO to search properties and my daughter found this one. We immediately liked it and our wheels were turning, and before long we had a game plan. We had never stayed in Port Royal before. This villa is lovely. There is a lot of space and more storage than I've ever seen in a villa I've rented. The outdoor patio is large and a perfect spot for morning coffee. We cook most of our meals while vacationing in HHI so we were happy to find most everything we needed to produce our elegant meals! Beds were super comfortable and we slept well. The walk to the beach was easy and comfortable. The pool for our use was very nice. Everything was well within a short walk and easy to get to, thanks to Tiffani. I can't say enough about her as our host and owner. From Day 1 anytime I sent an email I got responses right away. She not only answered all of our questions, but in addition provided information for us about places to visit on the island, where to rent bikes, restaurant suggestions, and the like. She also gave us printed detailed instructions about the check in process how to use the remotes and ceiling fans, and how to contact her. She gave me detailed directions to the beach walk and how to get to the pool. She was completely available, patient, and made sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable. This meant the most to me as a guest that week. Great villa, great location, and fabulous owners!

We had a great time staying at your lovely vacation home. The Hosts supplied us with pretty much everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Every thing we needed to cook breakfast was available. The condo was clean and neat. This is my second time renting from Christina and if she allows me I will be back. Because Hilton Head has always been our Happy place. Love coming here and going to the Jazz Corner as well as playing pickle ball and the Beach. Thank you Guy.

Perfect Location, Clean and Quiet Condo

We loved our stay! The location was perfect—just a quick walk to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean and quiet, and we appreciated the second room having two doors so we couldn't hear anyone in the kitchen or living area in the morning. The only issue was the room with two beds being a bit bright at night; a blackout curtain would be a nice addition. Overall, a great stay!

Family Vacation

First time staying at Village House and it exceeded all expectations. This condo was exceptionally clean, spacious and welcoming. The large balcony with staircase out back made storing beach chairs, coolers, and any other items needed allowing for easy towing to and from the beach. Any questions that popped up the owner was very quick to respond. Looking forward to staying here in the future. Would highly recommend this unit

The place is super clean. Larger than it appears as the 2nd bedroom is in an area of its own. The balcony is huge. It’s actually on the 2nd floor above the garage. End unit. Dual aspect. Listen to the ocean. Walk to the beach. A few beach toys and games too. Very responsive and helpful owner. 11 out of 10

We enjoyed everything at this condo. It was tastefully decorated, a 4 minute walk to Islander beach, well-appointed in every way! Great bedding as well! The owners were very attentive. We are looking forward to renting this unit again!

Quick trip to Hilton Head

This property was perfect for us. In a quiet neighborhood only a block from the beach and minutes away from golf and restaurants. The owner responded almost immediately to inquiries. The unit was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

The beaches are the best the Island has to offer. They are wide and go on forever! This particular location was our dream. It is so close to the beach, has access to a pool, and a large back patio. The best restaurants are nearby. It is private yet in the middle of everything. It is a year round retreat with its proximity to everything. There are numerous bike paths, a golf course, tennis courts, beaches, a pool, numerous restaurants options, and putt putt.
