Tämän kiinteistön ylivoimaisen suosion takia alamme varata seuraavaa vuotta vasta kuluvan vuoden lokakuussa. (esimerkki varauksesta kesällä 2018, varaukset alkavat 1. lokakuuta 2017)
Tämän tarkoituksena on antaa palauttaville vieraillemme mahdollisuus varata omaisuus. Pyyntöjä ei pidetä eikä hyväksytä. Aloita ottamalla yhteyttä meihin 1. lokakuuta uusien varausten saamiseksi.

Tämä hämmästyttävä uima-allastalo sijaitsee 10 hehtaarilla henkeäsalpaavalla äärettömyyden reunalla sijaitsevalla uima-altaalla ja rakennettu kylpytynnyriin vain muutaman metrin päässä oveltasi.
Lisäsimme juuri lämpöpumpun pitääksemme uima-altaan tehokkaasti lämpimänä ja toiminnallisena niin kauan kuin mahdollista. Näemme syksyllä kuinka kauan voimme pitää sen lämpimänä.
Rentoudu porealtaassa tai käy virkistävällä uinnilla lämmitettyssä uima-altaassa ... tai tee matka alas Chelan-järven laiturille ja nauti Pohjois-Amerikan koskemattomimmista vesistä.
Elämme kiinteistössä, mutta sinulla on kaikki yksityisyyden suoja, joka kattaa 10 hehtaaria.

Always the best time!

This is our third time at this property and my whole family LOVES IT. It has everything you need: lake, dock, pool, hot tub, yard, large kitchen and family room. Not to mention the breathtaking views of this beautiful area. Another thing we really like is the covered area down by the dock as well as having a refrigerator down there to use as well. Family time is #1 in my book and this is the place we all get to enjoy time spent together. If only it had one more bedroom, this house would be a perfect fit for my family. My older son sleeps on the couch instead of the murphy bed due to comfort. (Maybe a new mattress for murphy bed?) But all the other great things keep us coming back. So glad we found this gem at our favorite place in Washington.

Home needs TLC

The only nice thing about this property was the pool. Other then the pool, the overall home needs lots of TLC. 1. Outdoor BbQ is broken, you need lighter to get it going, the lighter that was provided was empty. 2. Outdoor area needs some clean up/maintenance. 3. The doors to the home don't lock, felt uncomfortable. 4. Bedrooms need new mattresses, very grungy bedding and shag carpet.

Best family vacation retreat!

Absolutely had a wonderful time at this house with our family and friends. There were so many things to do, just on the property, that we almost didn't get to everything! The pool/hot tub right outside the doors, the tennis court and basketball hoop were excellent! The lakeside boathouse area with the diving boards provided many hours of entertainment. The house itself was very beautiful and spacious for only having two bedrooms! But.....for the price they are charging, the kitchen amenities are substandard and need serious upgrading. The non-stick frying pans and pots need replacing, more wine keys needed, a meat thermometer, more wine glasses, more cutting boards, knife set needs replacing, etc. If you invested maybe $500 in upgrading the kitchen supplies, this place would be set! Otherwise, next time we will be bringing boxes of supplies with us. Thank you so much though, for sharing this little piece of heaven with us. We felt lucky to have this opportunity and will be back! Go Hawks! :)

Almost perfect

As other positive reviews have stated, this place was an excellent opportunity to spend time with our family. We used the pool and the hot tub multiple hours every day and we were surprised at how large the pool actually was. One downside was that the pool was on the colder side (we were there during the end of September so obviously the weather had started to get cooler). The owner did let us know that this could be the case because their heater can't keep up with cooler nights, however it was a little frustrating because he told us close to when we arrived. It would be nice to have this clearly stated in the listing and is something to keep in mind if you do decide to stay here in September, especially with little kids. We could tell that it was the end of their booking season as there were a number of things that hadn't been fixed or tended to before our arrival (broken water dispenser on fridge, significant number of outdoor light bulbs burnt out, outdoor speakers didn't work, ceiling fan was out of balance and not usable, grime/buildup on some dishes in cupboards and on kitchen surfaces, in other words in need of a deep cleaning post lots of guests.) Probably the most frustrating of these was the outdoor lighting because it made it near impossible to even see meat on the grill or use the outdoor eating area. We were thankful to have brought some flashlights! Outside of these more minor complaints, the most disappointing thing we encountered was the shockingly poor condition of the spare bedroom mattress. It definitely needs replaced as it has a visible slope to the center of the bed. Despite what the pictures show, just be aware that it is very close to the owners home, as in you will be able to see them coming and going during your stay. Overall we did have a great time and appreciated the owners response when we needed more toilet paper and batteries for the dead roku remotes. We enjoyed the apples they let us pick from the property and the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely consider staying here again as long as some of these things get fixed.

wonderful stay in lake chelan

We were four adults and a small 6-month infant stayed in this location for a very relaxing, lovely time in this beautiful spot in Manson. It was quite a windy and a cooler week, so we didn't enjoy the outdoor weather and lake as much as we anticipated, but we had a great stay nevertheless. My husband loved the dogs and played with them whenever they would come visit us near the pool. House was well equipped and stocked with everything we needed for cooking! House was very safe for a baby infant to crawl and explore the house. Carl was very communicative with us and answered all questions very promptly and kindly. We'll come back!

Private with amazing lake access dock

It is very quiet here away from the usual but yet very close to some great restaurants and other activities. The pool would be very relaxing in the summer heat.

Beautiful secluded oasis!

We all enjoyed our stay here, the location is nicely tucked away and nestled in a cozy area with views of the lake and mountains. Awesome pool and hot tub which even in mid October it felt perfect temperature wise. Definitely booking this one in the future!

The nicest private pool you’ll ever find.

If you want a true family getaway that everyone can enjoy this is the place! The pool was beyond amazing, the location was private for a pool house and the interior was immaculate. Can’t wait to go again next year!

Great getaway

Our family enjoyed our time here-Carl was friendly and accommodating while also giving us privacy. Our kids loved the pool, trips to the lake (a short walk away) and the basketball and tennis court!

Relaxing Family Vacation

This property is beautiful, my family had a relaxing 5 day vacation and would happily rent this property again. The kitchen has all you need to make your meals, there is a pool, hot tub, tennis court, private dock on the lake, etc. My girls did not want to leave!

Lake Chelan getaway

Great property! Beautiful views of lake , mountains and orchards. We had one small issue with the pool not being ready but Carl took care of it immediately. We would definitely return.

Motorcycle getaway

We so enjoyed our three night stay. We grilled, enjoyed our meal outside even though September evenings are cooler. I’d go back in the summer just to sit by the pool. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable bed, nice linens. Great motorcycle ride over to Leavenworth! Nice location for some day trips on bike.

Perfectly Relaxing

We do our annual trip to Chelan every Labor Day. This place was perfect. Very quiet and beautiful. Pool was amazing for the kids! We pretty much lived outside all day and into the evening every day. Highly recommend.

Switched from the resort life on Lake Chelan a couple of years ago and have never looked back!

We have stayed at Greens Landing now for the last two Summer's and could not be happier with the decision. Carl and his family are great!! The only tough decision every morning is whether to spend the day at the pool or the lake (sometimes both). We got a little tired of the crowded resort life and have never looked back. We could honestly stay at the property the entire week and never leave. We look forward to coming back next Summer and wish the stay was longer. Thanks for a great week and see you next year. My wife Heidi & I live and work in Manson and were married in 2011 and we live in the property with our son Van, daughter Lainey and dogs Midnight & Sweetie.
Lake Chelan is a beautiful place to live and work and we enjoy sharing it with others.

I have lived in Lake Chelan my whole life and absolutely love it here and am sure you will too. Lake Chelan offers many activities all year around
