Home Features This three-bedroom, four-bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. The layout offers privacy and flexibility for larger groups, with inviting indoor spaces and unforgettable outdoor views.
Main Level Living The open-concept main floor includes a welcoming living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to two expansive decks overlooking the river. Also on this floor: spacious living room with Smart TV, full kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee maker, dining area with seating for 6+, washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms.
Bedrooms Primary suite with king bed and ensuite bath, guest bedroom with queen bed, bunk room with twin-over-full bunks plus trundle, and an additional full bathroom upstairs.
Outdoor Space Step outside to two large decks with breathtaking river views—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Below, a cozy firepit with built-in seating invites you to gather under the stars, roast marshmallows, and make lasting memories.
Pet-Friendly Zuzu’s Petals welcomes up to two dogs (maximum 75 lbs each). A $100 non-refundable pet deposit is required. Pets must be leashed while on property and crated if left unattended indoors. Violations may result in a $300 fine.
Parking Designated parking is available directly in front of the home, with overflow parking nearby.

House Rules Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. If you're looking to keep the party going, downtown Ottawa’s bars and live music spots are just minutes away. No smoking allowed—violations subject to a $500 fine. No parties, tents, or events.
