Large windows the entire length of the home allow natural light to flood the living space, providing stunning views of the river and the lush landscape outside. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it an ideal space for gathering with your loved ones. The kitchen is a chef's delight, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials needed to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

The master bedroom is a haven of tranquility, featuring a luxurious king-size bed and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Its tasteful decor and plush bedding ensure a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom is equally inviting, with a comfortable queen-size bed and another flat-screen TV, providing a cozy space for additional guests.

This lower level boasts a queen sofa sleeper couch and a twin-over-full bunk bed, offering ample sleeping arrangements for larger groups or families with children. This downstairs space offers a game room featuring a pool table and Xbox with games included.

Just steps from the back door you can go kayaking in the 2-person inflatable kayaks supplied on a rack outside the home. House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.

We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" and "no pets" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. This policy applies to all animals. Non-compliance with either policy will result in a $300 fine.
