You’ll be so glad to stay where whatever you want to do will only take a few minutes to get there! This house is a couple minutes away (.5 mile) from the Historic District where you can enjoy the local shops, museums, community theater, casual, and fine dining and live music. Riding bikes or walking is sometimes the most desirable way to get there when there’s a special event that makes parking challenge and you’ll have access to 6 bikes! Main Beach is just 2.0 miles from the home; only a 6-minute drive via Atlantic Ave. Egan's Creek Greenway and Fort Clinch State Park are less than 5 minutes away. E-bikes and stand-up paddle board, canoe and kayak rentals are nearby.

This cozy home is designed with family in mind. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and there is a Greco pack and play with linens for a little one. The 2nd (hall) bath has a tub/shower combination. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a large island and a dining area for all to gather and enjoy each other's company. There are plenty of children’s dishes and cups and for your furry children (dogs!) there is a set of dog bowls.
The picket fence in the front of the house is also accessible from the back/side of the house. You can let your dog out with ease and have them play contained in the yard that’s picketed or in the larger yard that hugs the house (not fenced). While pets are welcome to play attended on the turf they are not permitted to go potty on the turf as that is not its intended use and will cause damage to it.

Although the house is not new, it has been renovated and all of the appliances are! The house utilizes Solar electricity and has new windows. You’ll enjoy the quiet dishwasher as well as the large stackable washer/dryer and 8 bottle wine refrigerator. The refrigerator, stove/oven and washer/dryer are touch controlled. For entertainment and ambience there is a portable Bose Speaker in the living room and Bluetooth speakers integrated for activation with the light switch in the bathrooms.

You’ll be able to play hard and even work hard if you’d like! The TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom are Smart TVs connected to the internet. The TV in the 3rd bedroom has an Apple TV and integrated DVD player. Cable TV including all network stations, cable news, ESPN and so much more are provided for you. For those of you who attend class online, work remotely, or stream heavily the internet speeds exceed 1000 mbps.

The outdoor space is absolutely AMAZING and designed for fun and relaxation. You will enjoy cozying up by the fire, grilling and eating in the sitting area or even watching a movie or sporting event on the side of the house via projector! There is Synthetic Turf (please use the real grass area for your dog's needs), a Living Space, a propane gas Fire Pit, and a secure wood shed that houses 5 Adult Bicycles, 1 Child's Bicycle/helmet, and 2 bicycle carts: one for children and another for pets, Boogie Boards and Beach Chairs, all available for guest use. There is also an outdoor shower for easy clean up after the beach or other outdoor fun.
