Guest H4U - Porto Bonfim Heroísmo offers a selection of four unique apartments in a newly renovated building with an elevator. Each apartment is available for individual booking, providing a modern and comfortable stay in the heart of Porto.

Each apartment has its own unique features. One apartment accommodates up to 4 guests, while the other three are designed for 2 guests each, with the option to add a crib for a baby. Three of the apartments also feature a furnished outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere.

For year-round comfort, each apartment is equipped with adjustable air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchens allow you to prepare home-cooked meals, while the king-size beds (160x200) ensure a restful night’s sleep. The spacious bathrooms include modern amenities and walk-in showers for a comfortable experience.

Entertainment is covered with a television with internet access, allowing you to stream your favorite content and stay connected with ease. High-speed WiFi is also available throughout the apartment.

Guest H4U - Heroísmo Garden Delight 1T is a beautifully renovated 30 m² studio on the first floor, with elevator access. The apartment has a private bedroom, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

The bathroom includes a refreshing shower and toilet, while the bedroom has a comfortable 160x200 double bed with built-in closets. Enjoy a 4G Wi-Fi hotspot connection and a TV for entertainment.

The private garden has a sunbathing area and a charming garden set, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring.

This apartment sleeps 2 adults and 1 baby (under 3 in a crib). With air conditioning, it is perfect for a stay all year round. The ideal place for a romantic or family getaway.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Check-in: 15:00–20:00 (free); 20:00–21:30 (€15); 21:30–23:00 (€25); 23:00–00:00 (€50); after 00:00 (from €50) — all subject to availability and to be paid in cash at arrival.

City tax: €3 per person, per night — to be paid in cash at arrival.

Guest H4U Online Assistance: - Available daily from 08:00 to 20:00 (8 AM - 8 PM) via direct messaging through the app. Note: Assistance is not available on December 25th.

Quiet Hours: - Please ensure no noise between 22:00 (10 PM) and 08:00 (8 AM).

Group Policy: - We do not accept groups of young people under 18 unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Party Policy: - Pets are not allowed

Pet Policy: - Small pets (under 5 kg) are welcome at a rate of €5 per night, payable on-site.

Late Arrival/Departure Fees: - Extra charges apply for arrivals after 20:00 (8 PM) or departures after 11:00 AM, starting at €15, depending on specific requests.

Baby Kit: - Complete Baby Kit (baby bath, high chair, and baby cot): €25 per week. Baby cot only: €15 per week.

Smoking Policy: - Smoking is strictly forbidden on the property. If evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.

Key and Door Services: - Lost Keys: €20 replacement fee.

Door Opening: - During working hours (09:00 to 20:00): €20. Outside working hours (20:00 to 09:00): Starts at €50, subject to availability.

Cleaning for Extended Stays: - For stays exceeding 7 nights, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of €29 per week applies, covering cleaning, fresh bed sheets, and towels.
