Welcome to The Last Dollar Cottage, the perfect seaside retreat for you and your furry friend.
Nestled steps away from the sandy shore, this unique canal-front home is the perfect place for a worry-free getaway and spectacular sunsets. Located within a few steps of two public beach accesses, spend your days on the beach exploring Topsail's serene South End, fish directly off the private boat dock, or rent waterfront equipment to make the most of your oceanside retreat. Cast your cares away as you reel in the catch of the day, or simply unwind on the dock and take in the serene water views and spectacular sunsets. Guests can bring their boat, jet skis, or paddleboards and dock right at the house to enjoy endless hours of exploring the tranquil sound of Topsail Island. This vacation home includes two kayaks, beach chairs, three bikes, and a beach umbrella to enjoy on your sandy expeditions. There is also an outdoor shower under the home for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Inside the home, you'll find a bright interior and a beachy vibe throughout the well-appointed living area. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the large TV, or serving brunch on the balcony overlooking the sound. The open floor concept was designed with togetherness in mind, so no conversation would be lost here. Indulge in a range of amenities, from a well-equipped kitchen for culinary adventures or enjoy snacks on the front porch with ocean views.
