The property is located a stroll away from Pools and Sandy beach. Sandy beach, the most popular of the two, is a favorite spot for vacationers and locals looking for surfing and swimming. Most of the beaches in Rincon are reef bottom but Sandy is named for its soft sandy bottom making it an ideal beach vacation spot.

First Floor Unit - The first-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a TV and dining room. The back bedroom includes a full bathroom and leads to the pool area.

Second Floor Unit - The second-floor unit includes 3 bedrooms (one of the bedrooms includes a trundle bed), 1.5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with a sofa be, TV and dining room.
