Aivan itÀrannalla Grand Lake, noin 1 kilometrin pÀÀssÀ viehÀttÀvÀ kaupunki Grand Lake, talo on koira ja lapsi ystÀvÀllinen liikaa.

RyhmÀsi vuoristo seikkailijoita ja jÀrven ystÀvÀt nauttivat tÀstÀ mukava, tilava ja lÀmmin pÀÀstÀ pois! NÀkymÀt koko talon ovat vertaansa vailla, voit nauttia upea vuoristo maisemia joka pÀivÀ ja upeita auringonlaskuja joka ilta.

Aivan omaisuus nauttia mitÀÀn ja kaikki vesi toimintaa! Tuo kajakki, kanootti, purjevene, moottorivene tai vesiskootteri! Matala vesi pÀÀsee hiekkaranta, vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ ovesta! Location, Location, Location

Frog Hollow has the best water front location in all of Grand Lake. If you love being on the water and own a canoe, kayak, or paddle board; you just got to rent Frog Hollow. Right out your front door you will find a lovely private sandy shallow beach and a private dock. If you like fishing, you will catch trout in the evening and prepare the freshest fish dinner ever. My grandchildren enjoyed paddle boarding on the calm, glass lake in the mornings. Their grandmother enjoyed relaxing on the dock watching all the activities of happy vacationers. Boats off all kinds passed in close view as well as pelicans, water skiers, etc. This was our fifth family vacation at Frog Hollow. Staying at Frog Hollow has been a blessing that builds wonderful family memories.

Grand Lake Getaway

My family and I had a blast at this property. There is good “rustic” and bad rustic. This was great rustic - a postcard picturesque setting with a private beach and dock in a secure, gated community.We easily and affordably rented kayaks and paddle boards and had them delivered to the home. We visited the walkable, pleasant “downtown” Grand Lake village area, with decent shopping and dining options. We took advantage of the easy access to tons of great hiking trails nearby, including Adams Falls - a three minute walk from the house, and multiple trails in Rocky Mountain National Park - a 15 minute drive.And when we had issues or questions, the property owners were prompt and gracious in their responses.Great area, fun stay.

Beautiful Camp!

What an amazing vacation in beautiful Grand Lake! This camp was a little piece of paradise in one of our favorite lake towns in Colorado. The house was nostalgic with absolutely beautiful views of the mountains and lake. The property was spacious, clean and well maintained. The check-in process was seamless and the owners were quick to respond to our needs. Our kids enjoyed paddle boarding, canoeing and fishing off the dock while our labradors spent countless hours swimming. The owners appeared to have years of memories at this place and we are so grateful they shared this special spot. Camp fires, hiking, boating, game nights, puzzles and star gazing
we can’t wait to return to Frog Hollow!

The lake view was stunning, and my family was thrilled with our location. The cabin could use some TLC, but I loved the rustic charm. The bathrooms could use an update, and the well water probably could use some fresh filters. Well water showers are not my favorite! GREAT MAGICAL PLACE. It's worth the rental. The family was great about communicating with me.

We had a wonderful visit at the lake house. It was our first time staying here. The house was plenty big enough for my family and my sisters. Pet friendly was what sold us on this particular trip. Although we came a little too early in the season to enjoy swimming in the water, we did have fun fishing and adventuring. We saw a moose as well as a bear. The house is easy to find and close enough to the little town where we could get ice cream and come back home to relax on the deck. The only down fall was the water. For a party of 8 we had to bring quite a bit of water. The house is a bit older and a few updates would be a plus but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

For location I give it 5 stars. It is great! For cleanliness I give 4 stars. For the cabin itself I can only give 3 stars. There are a lot of items that should be upgraded or repaired.

Location, Location, Location

This was our fourth vacation at Frog Hollow. The location is quiet, peaceful, safe and very relaxing for my son's young family and their beloved Golden Retriever. Frog Hollow is by far the nicest family and pet friendly waterfront rental property in Grand Lake. You can see the beautiful lake from every large picture window in the house. The lovely waterfront property has a private sandy beach that is perfect for building sand castles, and the safety of walking into shallow lake water from the beach was much appreciated for my grandchildren loved playing in the water with their floating toys. The long private dock was super for fishing, sun bathing and viewing the many water sport activities taking place right in front of us on the lake. Vacationing in Frog Hollow is creating family memories that last a lifetime. Thanks Beth for sharing your little slice of heaven with my son's family.

Dream location

Our family made some amazing memories and we are already thinking of booking next summer;) You could not ask for a better location! Sharing the experience with our Aussie, Elley, was the icing on the cake. You can literally walk around the corner and grab the Adams Falls trail in RMNP - or go the other way and walk the trail around the lake. We loved the rustic, mid century vibe. It's not fancy, but very comfortable and oh so charming. The hosts live nearby, are friendly and quick to respond if you have questions. The only thing I wish I knew before coming was that the tap water comes from a well and is not something you want to drink. It is a yellow/orange color from rust. I would have come prepared with more water jugs. Obviously not a deal breaker, but just want to give you a heads up;) Definitely a one of a kind experience that you will want to come back to!

Amazing Views

We had an amazing visit. We went kayaking, hiking, shopping, and enjoyed the wildlife that visited the cabin. The moose who came multiple days was my favorite. The view was outstanding. Thank you for allowing us to visit.

Thank you for sharing this treasure with us!

The cabin exudes a warm, welcoming, nostalgic feeling; as if you were at camp in the 60s,70s or 80s. It has a lot of character/patina, you can tell it has been well-loved and many happy memories were created here. Lovely architecture, with large windows that showcase the spectacular view you have over the lake. After a couple of days, we noticed absently that there is indeed a television at the cabin, but with such scenery, we never thought once about turning it on. The cabin is well laid out, lots of bedrooms, bathrooms. A bar. A cabinet packed with virtually every family game there is. We loved the vintage fireplace. The deck is lovely, and we spent a lot of time out there and on the dock. Very nice sandy beach for little ones (two or four footed) to play. Picnic benches on the beach, and at the end of the dock; just the place for breakfast as the sun rises. There's ample parking and it's a very private spot. It's fenced to the water line on both sides. We did meet a few of the neighbors who were lovely, and we were visited by a couple of local friendly canine characters. There is a hike around the lake whose trail, cobblestone, follies etc, are literally out of a fairy tale. Storied houses surround. Wildlife abounds (we even saw an otter family). There's a little grocery store in town close-by. A great base for exploring Grand Lake. You feel grateful that the hosts would share such a delightful spot with you. We loved it.

Grand Lake

This wonderful cabin is located right on the water at the east end of Grand Lake. It has a comfortable sitting porch and a dock for fishing just outside the front door. If you have concerns about drinking well water the local market sells water by the gallon. The beautiful Adam’s Falls trailhead is within walking distance of the property. And shopping, dining, and boat rentals are a few minutes’ drive away. This is a delightful place to stay to enjoy a beautiful part of Colorado.

Traditional GrandLake vacation

Our family has spent generations of summers coming to Grand lake. There’s nowhere else we’d rather be as a family! this is the first time we’ve stayed at the East End of the lake. It has its own special charm! We enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming and the neighbors were lovely and friendly! Definitely want to stay at the sun to the lake again however, we may need more space going forward.

A little slice of heaven!

My son's family had a spectacular vacation in Frog Hollow. This was their third visit and by far their best. Their children ages 5 years old and 7 years old have grown to love the sandy beach, shallow water to swim in and most importantly catching fish off the private dock. The sleeping situation in the house is perfect for my daughter-in-law. The master bedroom is upstairs and across the hall is another bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed. This arrangement is perfect for putting young children to bed for she can also rest in the double bed waiting for them to be sound asleep before she leaves the room. They also brought an inflatable kayak which gave them more access to the lake. Nothing is finer than paddaling a kayak in the morning while enjoying the peaceful scenery. On their last day there was a large regatta event of white sailboats with white sails. The boats looked like white swans on the lake. A little slice of heaven is Frog Hollow.

This place is exactly as listed. If you are looking for a cabin in the mountains with water access this is it! There is nothing fancy about this place which made it incredibly cozy and perfect for our fam!

Great Lake views!

Great view of Grand Lake. Close to Adams Falls trailhead. Nice area for wildlife viewing, boating, hiking and star gazing!
