This spacious apartment comprises a master bedroom with an ensuite, a fully equipped kitchen, a vast lounge, a dining area and a small maid's room with a day bed that can accommodate one extra person. Note this is not an extra bedroom but can be used if you need to accommodate an additional guest. Savour yourself in the delights of the stunning balcony all day long.

A parking space is available with the apartment, which it is located in the basement and can be accessed from the building elevator.

The apartment is naturally well-lit and aesthetically designed to meet the needs and expectations of tourists, business travellers, and families.

Guests can also take advantage of an amazing swimming pool located a few meters away from the building - the pool is for community residents only. It has an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa.

Please note that the Dubai Fountain show is temporarily suspended for maintenance until further notice.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Additional Services: Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
