Welcome to my studio!
Located in Saba 2, one of the buildings in Cluster Q, just 7 minutes by foot to the metro station and is directly across Dubai Marina Mall. However, despite its proximity, it's either a 26-minute walk through Sobha Realty Metro station or 12 minutes by car. Everything you'll ever need can be found within the building as there's an Al Maya and Carrefour on the ground floor.
Inside, the studio is minimally furnished but well-kept and generously equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. Unwind and relax over the oversized couch while streaming your favourite shows on the TV. Or make your favourite meals in the open-plan kitchen, fully stocked with everything needed to handle any culinary requirements. There's a small dining table with two chairs that can double as digital nomads' workspace.
The queen bed is lined in hotel-quality linens, while fresh towels and toiletries are provided in the bathroom for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

This property is managed by GuestReady on behalf of its owner, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 if you need any help during your visit. As this is a personal home, we kindly ask that you treat it with care.
The apartment is located in a fantastic location for business travellers and tourists! You're within a quick drive to Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina Walk and Jumeirah Beach!
The area has some great dining options, including Nola Eatery, Mythos Kouzina & Grill and Hyu Korean. If you plan to cook at home, you can pick up groceries at the supermarket in Dubai Marina Mall nearby.
You'll have no trouble getting around town. The closest train station is DAMAC Metro Station which is 550m away. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.
DXB Airport is 30 minutes away by car.
Marina Walk is just 12 minutes away by car.
Burj Khalifa is 20 minutes away by car.
Jumeirah Beach is 20 minutes away by car.
Burj Al Arab is 13 minutes away by car.
Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
