TÀmÀ kaunis kolmen tarinan Beach House on vain muutaman askeleen pÀÀssÀ lÀhes yksityinen osa rannalla! Nauti nÀkymÀ valkoista sokeria hiekkaranta ja kunniakas auringonlaskuista toisessa ja kolmannessa kerroksessa. EhkÀ mieluummin lounge ympÀri uima-allas, sen sijaan. LÀmmitÀ allas vain vÀhÀn ylimÀÀrÀistÀ. Talo sijaitsee laiska rentoja omakotitaloalueella rannalla. Samalla olet 5-10 minuutin pÀÀssÀ kaikista parhaista ravintoloista ja ostoksista.
YstÀvÀni sanoi kerran, ettÀ kun he menevÀt lomalla, he haluavat pysyÀ jonnekin joka on mukavampaa kuin oman kodin. Juuri olemme yrittÀneet saavuttaa tÀmÀn tÀysin tyylikÀs Beach House. Ostetut ja koristeltu 2012, tÀmÀ paikka on kaikki kellot ja pillit. Jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa on king size makuuhuoneisto. Kaksi rakennettu punkkaa on deluxe patjat. On tÀysi vuodesohva ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa ja kuningatar vuodesohva toisella. TÀmÀ on tÀydellinen perustettu kahden tai useamman perheitÀ.

Varaudu ylellisyyttÀ muodollisesti ruokailuhuone, takka kuin kirjoitat, ettÀ 12 jalka katot ja upea kruunu muovaus kaikkialla. Graniitti laskurit armo hyvin varustettu keittiö samoin kuin ruostumattomasta laitteet. Katso lempiohjelmasi jompikumpi 55 "LED-nÀytöt tai nauttia shown mukavasti makuuhuoneeseen.

Everything we needed! Great location. Privacy. Loved the quietness of the area. There is a lot of stairs but expected that with it being 3 stories. We had more than enough room. Our grandchildren loved the pool. Conveniently located near everything .Walmart and DG really close. There were plenty of towels and wash cloths. We like getting a unit with washer and dryer because it’s convenient especially when you have a 5 & 6 year old. Bill was very quick to answer any questions we had. This is a great place to stay and you won’t be disappointed.

The perfect house for multi families and families With kids. With all the bedrooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor, adults could stay up while the kids went to bed. And it was very quiet upstairs for an afternoon nap. The little pool was perfect for little kids. Close to restaurants rerestaurants

Beach lovers

We had a great week. Communication with Bill was easy and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. Check in/out was easy and everyone we met along the way was very friendly. The kids spent the majority of their days either at the beach or in the pool. Swimming is their favorite so this was a great spot for them. Only reason for the reduced star is personal preference. We are all pretty light sleepers so some nights were restless from the road noise on Thomas Ave. It also was Spring Break. Overall the house was probably the best stocked house we’ve stayed in. Plenty of dishes, silverware, etc in the kitchen and very generous “starter” items such as toilet paper, soap, etc. so you’re not rushing on your first day in to do all the shopping. Thanks for sharing your property with us.

First Beach Vacay w/ Great Granddaughter

Great vacation with family and friends! Although the weather was not perfect, the trip itself was! Great house, clean, great location, and excellent owners to work with! We had no issues with the house and we were extremely pleased. The owners of the property were very attentive to our needs and were easy to contact and work with.

Perfect!

From pre check in communication to our leaving, this was a perfect vacation! Bill communicated check in instructions in great detail so we knew exactly what we needed to know. The house was perfect! Plenty of room for my group. Our group consisted of me, my husband, our two daughters, my son and his wife and their kids(9,7, 6 months). We all had plenty of room, the kids had bunk beds which they loved. You will walk up stairs as all bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors which we knew based on description. The pool is nice but is small. Plenty big for the kids! Getting in through the gate to keep sand out of the house was difficult as the pool pump is at the door but still doable. There were water hoses to hose things off also. The walk to the beach is not far, but I would suggest having a wagon if you are taking many items to the beach. Overall, I would recommend this place and would stay again!

Love this house!

Our family stayed August 3-11, 2024. We enjoyed staying at this house so very much. The property was very clean and very convenient. The pictures are online for the property need to be updated as the aerial picture shows no houses on the beach and there is a lot of property development there now. However The house was absolutely perfect for our family and the size was great. I will say there is quite a bit of road noise as this house is adjacent to Thomas Drive but we were able to adapt to that. This is definitely a house that my family would book again. The location is very convenient to all restaurants and activities.

Awesome location

The locationand house was great. The property owner was so easy to talk to and very quick at responding. He even called and made sure the house was in great condition when we arrived. There was plenty of beach chairs! We will definitely book again next year if available!

Great house, close to a wonderful beach

The house was in great condition, clean and comfy. The short walk to the beach was perfect. The addition of the heated pool was perfect for the early spring weather.

The property is really beautiful property.

The hosts were so accommodating and communicated great. The check in and check out were a snap. The location is excellent for all the going’s on, but the property felt like home. I recommend this property and Bill and Susan were wonderful hosts! Thank you! Would rent again definitely!

Well appointed, accurately described.

Stayed with 6 family members very comfortablely in this house. Description is accurate, very clean and well appointed house. The beach is fantastic, very wide at this portion. There is not a lot of high rise buildings near this section of the beach. Excellent stay with comfortable large bedrooms and general house areas. Lots of decent sized bathrooms plus powder rooms. Fenced backyard with nice pool.

Friends Catching Up

Everyone had their once space with the 3 different levels. Very clean. Great communication. Close to beach access and a quiet area. If I had to pick one thing to complain about it would be the beach chairs on the property were falling apart. Great house and would recommend.

We know you will love the house location. We have been visiting PCB for 25 years and have always wanted a place on or near Surf Drive. We love the little sixties style motels and beach homes in this peaceful little neighborhood. It is like walking back in time to a more innocent era. Hopefully, you will have an opportunity to meet some of our great neighbors. Feel free to speak when you see them... they like that.

There is more to do than sunbath or walk on the most beautiful beaches in America. We enjoy riding our bikes around the neighborhood. There are lots of practically deserted streets to ride on and bike lanes all over the county. We also bring our jet skis and go out on the gulf to watch the dolphins. Don't forget to keep your eye out for a manatee while you are on the beach. They are quite friendly creatures. Susan loves the great shopping at Pier Park and Panama City. There are several dive shops on Thomas drive if you like scuba diving. I have snorkeled on the jetties at St. Andrews Park. There is some good bike riding in the park as well. PCB is becoming more and more popular for motorcycle riding. I like riding down through Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe to Appalachicola. The oysters come in on the boats right there and most of the restaurants serve them up fresh.

There is plenty of entertainment for everyone. Shipwreck Island Water Park, miniature golf, a half dozen golf courses, charter fishing, para sailing, boat and jet ski rentals, and more.
