Located on the 7th floor, giving way to mesmerizing views of the Atlantic Ocean. ***New for 2025 LVP floors throughout the entire unit, carpet has been removed, more pics coming soon*** Cozy up with the whole family in this 1 bedroom deluxe condo, featuring two queen beds in the bedroom, a murphy bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room! While there are plenty of places to go out to eat, there are full sized appliances in the condo in case you want to eat in. There's a restaurant, a tiki bar, several indoor & outdoor pools, including kiddie pools with a Silly Submarine water playground for the kiddos.

Guests do not have access to the indoor pool with the slides.
This unit will sleep up to 8 max, however see photos for seating space in the living room and dining table.
Free parking for 2 cars and free WIFI included as well.
Pest control 2024: 3rd Wed of April, July, Oct. Please do not refuse entry. Any fines for refusal will be sent to guest. For the health and safety of the building, all units must be sprayed. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
