The unit does not come with a dock, but you're invited to arrange for boat docking at the onsite Loggerhead Palm Harbor Marina, conveniently located at 7080 Placida Road, Cape Haze. From the condo's balcony, you'll not only have a view of manatees but also your boat!
Please note that none of the condo units come with assigned boat slips, however the Mariana offers transient boat docking and has professionals ready to help and is reasonably priced. Reservations can be made online through the Palm Harbor Marina website.
