The Space:
Casa Kavita by Ronival, is a brand new 3-bedroom penthouse in Mistiq, where the stunning design catches your eye the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find two bedrooms right at the entrance, each with its own bathroom. The first bedroom has a big bed and a desk, great for anyone who needs to work a bit during their stay. Right across, there’s a room with bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people, also with its own bathroom, making it a cozy spot for kids or friends.

The heart of the penthouse is the bright and welcoming living room that opens up to a big terrace. Here, you'll be treated to amazing views of the ocean. Next to the living room, the main bedroom offers a peaceful escape, complete with a bathroom, two sinks, and a walk-in closet. This room has its own door to the balcony, so you can wake up and step right out to enjoy the view.

For those who love to cook, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up your favorite dishes. But the real highlight is upstairs on the private rooftop. It’s huge, with a table for meals, plenty of shade, a BBQ grill, and a comfy seating area with chairs for lying back and looking at the stars. Plus, there’s a private hot tub facing the ocean, setting the scene for some truly special moments.

Guests have access to resort like amenities including two pools, each with its own jacuzzi and stunning views of the Mar de Cortez, comfortable lounge chairs for sunbathing, a well-equipped gym for staying active, and an unbeatable location. Guest Access:
Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities. Enjoy our special rate of $2000 mxn per adult per day for pool & beach club access. (1600 mxn will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). No reservation needed, we recommend early arrival at the Resort to ensure availability. **This is a third-party property price and access is subject to the availability and capacity of the Resort.**

The Neighborhood:
Mistiq is a brand-new, exclusive, secured, gated development with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez. It is located in the Tezal area, just a 5-minute drive from grocery stores including Fresko and Costco. The development is a 10-minute drive from the famous Medano Beach and downtown, far enough from the noise and activity of downtown to offer peace and quiet, yet close enough to enjoy its amenities. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community pool from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM and the gym from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.

Getting Around:
Depending on your vacation plans, renting a car is a very convenient option, but if you don't want to drive, Uber & Taxis are plentiful and safe in Cabo.
