Read Review Before Renting!!!
Every July we rent for a month in Tahoe and are use to a much higher standard at our rentals. Right from the beginning with them changing the rate on us, this has NOT been a positive experience.
â˘upon arrival the front porch was stacked with boxes blocking our way to the deck
â˘front door was left ajar, and the keyboard appears âdeadâ so canât lock when we leave!
â˘fridge still had food in it with ice cream melting in fridge! Had to clean ourselves.
â˘floors were not swept
â˘opened the hall closet and some sort of glass mosaic fell out and there was glass all over the place
â˘there was an iron but no ironing board- makes it quite difficult to iron without a board!
â˘fan remote missing in first bedroom
â˘rod holding the curtain is coming off the wall and crooked
â˘face towel in that bedroom bathroom was dirty- full of toothpaste, and the cleaning sponge was left in the shower. There is no hand soap in that bathroom.
â˘guest bathroom has only one of six bulbs working
â˘outside porch light out as well
â˘BBQ was out of propane
â˘no dish soap or garbage bags in the kitchen
â˘we were under the impression there was air conditioning at the cabin- this is FALSE advertising!!! would be nice if there was a dining table on deck versus one broken chair, one hanging by a thread and two others for a house that accommodates 9
â˘we had no idea that we would not have use of a garage until the day before, nor that someone else is on premise as a renter. That should be clearly stated in the description
