This home features a large porch to sit and enjoy the neighborhood and magical sounds of nature, keeping you in touch with the true traditional southern style and comfort. If you appreciate the finer things in life, then this home is for you.

There is plenty of room for everyone with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master bedroom and ensuite features a king bed. The bathroom offers the option of soaking in the tub or enjoying a shower. Also on the first floor is the queen room with attached hall bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large bunk bed with queen on the bottom and full size bed on top. The upstairs room has its own bathroom with a combo tub/shower. Free wifi with wireless high speed internet connections.

You may even want to forget the car keys and take advantage of the included 6 passenger golf cart and optional 4 person golf cart to explore all the resort has to offer from Baytowne Village to movies and shopping at Grand Boulevard. You can go to the beach, the beach club, golf courses or even buy groceries also accessible within the resort.

The neighborhood pool is heated during the winter holidays. This house also has access to the Phil Hummel SOA pool which is heated year round.

The Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center are only a few steps away, provides a large pool, shaded arbors, adjoining hot tub and gas BBQ grill with a full kitchen for poolside dinners and restrooms.
