This home is renovated & brand new to the rental market. Sandestin Resort, quintessential Laurel Grove neighborhood free standing home tucked away in cul-de-sac for privacy with a wrap around porch and comes with a brand new 2022 Lithium Battery 6 Seat Golf Cart. The home sits directly on the 3rd fairway, views across to 2nd Fairway/green of the beautiful Raven Golf Course. There is a neighborhood pool, hot tub and gym for you to use. Even though we are not on the beach we are a 9 minute golf cart ride away to Sandestin Private beach access. The home faces directly West, and therefore has a spectacular view of sunsets from our wrap around covered porches. Since it faces West, you can enjoy the entire day on the porch without direct sun.

Our cottage has a spacious living area that includes the fully equipped kitchen, new sectional couch, breakfast bar, dining, and great room with a 30 foot ceiling along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Master Bedroom: Located on the main level, a King-size bed with it’s own private access to the wrap around porch along with a bathroom with a shower and a garden tub for relaxing; Bedroom 2: Located on the main level, this is a perfect room for guests with a queen-size bed along with a bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 3: Located on the upper level, you feel as if you are in your own private quarters. This suite contains a Queen-size bed and a set of full bunk beds. This room also has its own bathroom with a shower and tub. This room is perfect for teens! Laundry Room: Located on the main level and is equipped with stacked washer and dryer units. Great Room: A bright cheery room with two story vaulted ceiling and French doors opening out to the wrap around porch.

Additionally we are offering our 2022 Lithium Battery 6 seater golf cart so you might have easy convenient access and fully enjoy Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort (has been named the #1 resort on Florida's Emerald Coast). This magical resort spans over 2,000 acres . The resort features miles of sandy white beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, a world-class tennis center with 15 courts, 4 resort swimming pools, a 123-slip marina and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a charming pedestrian village with events, shopping, dining, family entertainment and nightlife. For true golf cart community living, Grand Boulevard is just outside the resort gates and provides access to additional shopping, dining and entertainment. There is a golf cart/bike path from the community that goes underneath Hwy. 98 that leads you to the beach access.

Sandestin Spring Break
We really enjoyed our week at this fully equipped, super clean and comfortable house. It is in a peaceful location on the golf course, yet has easy access to all the amenities and activities of this huge resort. There are plenty of things to do for all ages, and many great dining options close. Our 17 yr old boys spent a lot of time at the basketball court, volleyball on the beach, and the many fishing options (resort’s ponds & docks on bay). The beach with powder white sand is beautiful, exceeded our expectations! You can purchase a beach set (umbrella with 2 chairs for the day $80). We hope to return and stay here again. Thank you

Perfect house for our family!
The house was exactly as advertised. Perfect location, clean, close to everything you need and well equipped. The golf cart was perfect for our family of 5. Everything is a quick trip on the cart. Ted, the owner, was always one text message away. The resort has everything you could need. After a 5 minute golf cart ride to the beach, we would spend our mornings there and return to the community pool in the afternoon. Shade on the back porch was great. Even on the hot days, we were able to be outside. The grill worked great for burgers. Zero complaints! Thank you for the great memories.

The 19th hole
We had a wonderful experience!! Ted was a great host! Communication was quick and easy, check in was a breeze, and the home was fantastic. We loved drinking coffee and watching the golfers in the morning, and our kids LOVED feeding the turtles in the pond out back. We loved the easy access to the beach and the warf area too. We had one little issue with the washer and Ted had someone there within an hour to fix it. We would definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful Family Vacation
Perfect house for our family vacation! The property felt private, peaceful, and safe. My three boys (11, 9, & 7) loved having the whole upstairs to themselves. I enjoyed coffee on the porch each morning, while watching the golfers. :) There is a ton to do on the resort grounds and the 6-seater golf cart was so nice to have for getting around. We took it to Baytowne Wharf, the beach, the pool, restaurants, and even Publix. :) Ted was a fantastic host - he sent a detailed list of what to expect upon our arrival and was very easy to connect with during our stay. We had a great week full of fun and relaxation. We’d love to come back someday!

We wanted to make very it feel like a home; very comfortable and relaxing. Totally new furnishings; freshly painted in coastal vibe; new sectional couch, new carpet in bedrooms/stairs; 4 over stuffed patio chairs with beverage holders.
