Tämä koti sijaitsee Ocean Driven vastapäätä Tyynenmeren kaupungin laajalta hiekkarannalta. Länteen päin olevat ikkunat kehystävät uskomattomia auringonlaskuja. Olet puoli mailia (Nestucca-joen yli) Tyynenmeren keskustasta, yhden mailin etelään Pelican Brewingin rantapaikalta ja Cape Kiwandan osavaltion luonnollisesta alueesta ja yhden mailin päässä pohjoiseen Bob Straubin osavaltion puistosta. Great for Families

Everything was perfectly clean and very nice. We stayed with another family and it was a great setup, with one bedroom and bathroom downstairs, with bonus living room, and two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. Easy access to the beach. Would stay here again!

Family Thanksgiving

Great location and house for a family Thanksgiving week. Views of the ocean, easy walk to beach, and well stocked kitchen made for a great vacation.

Comfortable cozy home perfect for couples

We had a beautiful weekend relaxing and watching the storms come in. The big upper story windows provided a great view of the ocean. The house is clean and cozy with a great kitchen to cook up meals. Large dining table a great spot for games and meals. A great house for couples with 3 comfortable bedrooms.

Beautiful view and very clean!

Great house with well appointed kitchen, nice beds and linens. Recently updated and everything felt fresh and clean. Hope they will add a fireplace and a few more games but a great spot with room for everyone to hang out. Loved the visit!

Great home and price

We loved the location right on the beachfront road, the view out the windows, comfortable bedrooms and ample bedding and pillows, cooking in the kitchen (though as other reviews mention, bring your own coffee system), modern decor and spacious porch, living and dining room seating, plus extra space for the teens downstairs. We usually have to sacrifice something to get a reasonable price and this felt like luxury! Hope it doesn't go up next summer. Very easy check-in/check-out process and communication.

Beautiful home in a great area, but in need of housekeeping.

This home is lovely, well-appointed, and in a great location. It was the perfect setting for our family of 5 while in town for my sister's wedding. Beach views and access make the stay so enjoyable, and the spacious accomodations allowed us to interact as a family without getting in one another's way. The beds are all comfortable. Good internet. Well-stocked kitchen. Some chairs out on the deck would be a perfect addition. We had issues with cleanliness in some areas: TV room downstairs was dusty with dirty carpet; stains on carpets and sofa (we put a sheet over the sofa); several dirty coffee cups in the cabinet. Photos submitted to Vacasa with a request for housekeeping to come clean the TV room were met with apologies and a statement that they would reach out to the local housekeeping company, but nothing was done. We cleaned what we needed to use and disregared the rest.

Great location and big central living space

Can’t beat the location across the street from ocean front homes. Nicely updated throughout. Great entertaining space and deck. Bring your own French press if you want coffee they only have a Keurig. Bring your own paper products, we stayed over a week and didn’t have basics like paper towels (1) tissues (0), tp (3) very sparsely stocked. The kitchen has about everything you need to cook and bake utensil wise. We did have someone bring us sheets for the master bed too, they were just scratchy. We would go back.

So so

90% of the outlets don't work. Keurig machine don't work...dishwasher broken. Dirty grease pots and pans. 2 rolls of tp for 5 days with 8 people. No mini blinds anywhere in the living room ..so you can't watch TV. Furniture old and beat up. Kitchen table is awesome. Beach access is across the street..however...good luck making it back up the cliff without some help. Nice view from the deck. I'm sure this will be a nice place once the..I assume remodel is finished. Quiet private road is nice. Took forever for vacasa to get back to us about broken and non working issues. We prolly won't us Vacasa again...one and done.

Great View!

We loved the location of the beach home! We weren’t so thrilled with the cleanliness (dishes were dirty, lots of sand in the entrance and around the sofas, and kitchen table and around the beds). Only 2 garbage bags were provided and only one roll of toilet papers. Home needs a lot of updates! Starting with the stove (doesn’t heat very well and food take forever to cook). Dinning room light fan makes a horrible loud noise, upper kitchen cabinets trim half missing and looks like it’s going to fall on someone). Their are no curtains in the living room. The grills were VERY OVERUSED and extremely dirty! Overall great location and the views were amazing.

Nice Overall Experience

We read the latest reviews before we went on this trip and prepared accordingly, we also called the management company to confirm the issues were resolved. They responded promptly and overall, we had a good experience. The good - proximity to the beach, spectacular views, fast responses from management company and pretty clean. The bad - we always worried when opening a window if it would fall out, not enough dishes for 8 people, and a large baking sheet that disappointingly didn't fit in the oven. The ugly - a rat walked thru the kitchen on our last night. We were compensated for the unsettling experience and management said they would hire a professional service to inspect and take care of the issue, so that no future visitors would have that experience. In summary, we had a nice time and I would book again, because having those views every day was amazing!

Mixed review

Location and view are fabulous. The house is shabby and needs lots of attention. Needs better mattresses, linens and towels. The bathrooms are painted a terrible brown and paint is chipped. The showers are terrible. Downstairs bathroom was rarely used because it was so depressing. The room with bunk beds was terrible. The bonus room was renamed "The Kill Room" it was so uninviting. Dishwasher runs but doesn't actually work so we had to do dishes by hand the entire week. Vacasa gets mixed review as well. Terrible customer service prior to arrival - like waiting on hold for over 45 minutes. However when there was a leak in the house during our stay they were easily available and the service man was awesome. We all agreed as long as you focus on beach and don't spend much time in the house or look closely at anything in the house (or use too many dishes you must then wash by hand) you will have a nice time.

House Under Construction and Not Clean

This house has potential but ended up being quite a disappointment. While it is close to the beach, the cleanliness was horrible. Upon arrival, we were greeted with an overflowing trashcan and three large black trash bags near the entrance. Inside, the property was dirty with hair on the bathroom counter, food crumbs on the kitchen counter and dining table, and a refrigerator that required a full wipe down. We had to clean almost all surfaces to feel comfortable. Additionally, the property was poorly maintained. One bedroom had a closet stuffed with dirty sheets, one bathroom had dirty towels jammed in the cupboard, and we were provided with only half a roll of paper towels and four bath towels for a party of five. The furniture, while looking new, had seen heavy wear and tear, and the house was mid-construction with building materials all around. The ping-pong table was unusable due to the construction material stored in the garage. The biggest issue was the lack of response or care from the VACASA customer service team. It was extremely hard to reach someone, and when we did, the issues seemed like they might be taken care of, but there was no record of our previous complaints. This could be a nice place, but it needs a change of attitude and management.

Great view

The house has been updated and feels fresh, warm, cozy, and has a great view of Haystack Rock. The beach access is just 2-3 houses across the street, making it easily accessible. Overall, it is an excellent house in Pacific City.

We loved the house. The fire alarm at the lower level seemed to be low in battery so it started beeping around 5 am, we left it beeping for your cleaners to be aware. The washer didn’t work or maybe we just didn’t know how to turn it on. Overall it was a great stay and we will come back. Thanks again!
