Liability Waiver
The Host assumes no responsibility for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, loss, or damages incurred by Guests or their visitors during their stay. By confirming your reservation, you agree to release the Host from all liability for any such occurrences.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their companions and visitors. This includes the safe use of any amenities such as pools, hot tubs, balconies, stairs, kitchens, fireplaces, or other features of the property.

House Rules & Regulations
Maximum Occupancy: Strictly enforced. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

No Parties or Events: This is a residential property. Parties or large gatherings are not permitted.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including cannabis or vaping) is prohibited inside the home. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.

No Pets: Unless explicitly permitted in the listing, pets are not allowed.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 8 AM in accordance with local noise ordinances.

Parking: Use designated parking only. Violators may be towed at their own expense.

Security Cameras: Exterior security cameras may be in use for safety. No cameras are located in interior or private areas.

Damage or Theft: Guests will be held financially responsible for any property damage or missing items caused during their stay.

Legal Disclosures (California Law)
This property complies with California Civil Code Section 1940 et seq. relating to short-term rentals.

Guests must comply with all local ordinances, including trash disposal, parking, occupancy limits, and noise regulations.

The Host is not responsible for service interruptions due to acts of nature (e.g., wildfires, earthquakes, power outages).

Enforcement
Violation of any house rule or local ordinance may result in:

Immediate termination of the stay with no refund;
