About this space
Located inside the village of Union Springs, this home is brand new construction! The bright and open floor plan includes two bedrooms and one bath. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed and a flat screen tv. The spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom has a king-size bed. Also available is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the main living area. This property has a unique style all its own.
The space
This property is located less than a mile from Frontenac Park and boat launch. Spend the day on the lake or at the wineries. Tour Makenzie Childs or have a treatment at the Spa at the Inns of Aurora.
We offer Spectrum Wi-Fi and TV. Guest limit is 4.
Guest access
You can access all parts of the home with the exception of a locked closet for the house personal belongings.
Other things to note:
The kitchen is stocked with pots pans, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, mugs, mixing bowls, spatulas (various utensils), corkscrew, bottle opener, coffee maker (one cup pods), hand mixer, blender, tiny waffle maker, baking sheets, measuring cups and more.
Please be advised that you will need to walk through a short area of grass from the driveway to the door until which time the driveway and sidewalk are extended.
