This inviting rental cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests with its three bedrooms, each featuring a queen-sized bed. The main level, accessible via stairs, houses one bedroom and a bathroom, with the additional two bedrooms and another bathroom located on the upper level. Both levels are well-equipped for convenience and comfort, featuring walk-in showers in the bathrooms, a central vacuum system, and laundry facilities including a washer and dryer. The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed with all necessary cooking equipment, a farmer sink, and a dishwasher. For outdoor enjoyment, the property offers street side and water side decks on the main level, an upper deck off the master bedroom, a BBQ grill, and ample outdoor seating. After sunset, canned lights provide plenty of illumination, and a gas log fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler evenings.
