Professional cleaning before and after your stay is included. Mid-stay cleanings are available for an extra fee.

A starter welcome kit is provided, including hand soap, toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom + 1 extra roll), body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a dish sponge. These supplies will not last your entire stay—please plan to restock at a nearby supermarket.

Optional Services

BBQ Grill: $100 per stay

Pool Heating: $40 per day (minimum 2 nights, request at least 48 hours before arrival; may take 24 hours to heat; not guaranteed in cold weather; no refunds if temperature not reached)

Trash Removal

Please place trash in the outside plastic bin daily to keep the home clean.

Housekeeping

Daily cleaning is not included. A professional cleaning crew will prepare the home before your arrival, providing clean linens and towels. Mid-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional cost.

Package Delivery

We recommend using DHL, FedEx, or Amazon. USPS often does not recognize vacation rental addresses and may return packages.

Reporting Issues

To ensure your stay is perfect, please report any issues within 4 hours of arrival so we can promptly resolve them.
