The sitting area features a gas fireplace you can enjoy the mesmerizing ocean views and experience the perfect blend of comfort and luxury in the ocean view living room. Large windows provide views of the ocean. Large flat-screen TV, ideal for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The TV and fireplace are seamlessly integrated into the room's design, making it easy to enjoy both at once.

The second bedroom has a king bed with breathtaking views of the ocean along with a Smart TV and closets with hangers. Room includes an en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom is light and bright and has two twin beds with a large closet. Room includes an en-suite bathroom.

Quiet hours outdoors start at 9PM. No parties are allowed. No Pets due to owner allergies and asthma. Two car garage parking and one car can park in the outdoor guest parking. Any additional cars have to park outside the community. No oversized vans (such as Sprinter vans), trailers, or RVs are allowed to be parked in the community. Security Deposit Hold of $5,000 required prior to guest arrival.
