Hello! Iâm Ricardo, an Arizona resident since 2005 and an experienced local superhost. Iâm passionate about creating a welcoming and unforgettable experience that captures Arizonaâs unique charm and friendly vibe. Staying here means choosing a locally owned and thoughtfully managed oasis. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, Iâm just a message awayâhere to make your visit exceptional!
This property boasts:
â Three bedrooms

â Inviting front and backyard firepit
â Expansive back deck/patio with stunning mountain views
Itâs a highly safe and quiet neighborhood, primarily surrounded by families and children often playing in the streets. The community is very active, so youâll usually see mountain bikers and hikers out enjoying the area. Just outside the front door, you can cross the street to a wash that leads directly to the Desert Classic Trail, which connects to South Mountainâan ideal setup for outdoor enthusiasts exploring the trails.
The only "intruders" you might encounter are the occasional coyote, javelina, or quail, which adds a touch of charm to being so close to nature.
We know all our neighbors well, and theyâre super friendly. The area is part of Phoenix but is specifically known as Ahwatukee. Itâs conveniently located near Tempe and only about 15 minutes from ASU. For navigation, you can take the Elliot exit off the I-10, with major nearby cross streets being Elliot & Warner Loop or 48th Street & Elliot.
â During your stay, the garage is a shared space with the owner, primarily for access to the washer and dryer.
â The entire home is available for your use except for the RV/Trailer parked in the front driveway, which the owner (myself) occupied. You may occasionally see me coming and going during your stay, but your privacy and comfort are a priority.
â While no interaction with guests is necessary, I will be readily available if you require assistance or have any questions during your stay. Your comfort and convenience are my top priorities.

The home stood out with its all-white exterior, redesigned by previous owners from France. We fell in love with the unique modern features and the proximity to nature, as we love the outdoors.
The home has a double-car garage, a pool, and an RV gate/access. Thereâs no HOA, yet the neighborhood is very clean and quiet. We know all our neighbors and the area is full of friendly, happy people. We love the quiet stillness and the sounds of birds, quails, and other animals. There are coyotes and javelinas, so watch for them in the mornings and evenings. The backyard offers wonderful mountain views, and the deep diving pool stays cool during the hot months.
