Welcome to Clearview Chalet, a charming 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom ground floor corner unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.



The open concept main floor is perfect for socializing and spending quality time with your entire group. The inviting living room features a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, providing a cozy retreat after a fun day of Mountain adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal, featuring ample counter space and modern appliances. Enjoy meals together at the spacious dining table or the convenient breakfast bar.



Step outside to the patio, where you can take in breathtaking mountain views overlooking the golf course. The patio is furnished with comfortable seating and features a BBQ grill.

Here, you’ll discover the loft bedroom, a serene retreat complete with its own private ensuite bathroom with a double bed and stand-up shower for your convenience. There is also a spacious primary bedroom on the main floor, complete with a king size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the main floor, is ideal for families, offering a bunk bed and a double bed, along with a TV for your entertainment.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a locked owners closet.



There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer located directly behind



Getting Around:

There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis. The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.



Other Things to Note:

The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.

Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations of the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the building housing unit 110 will take place in the Fall (tentative dates: September to October 2025). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
