Welcome to Deer Valley Nordic Village 2418! Located in lower Deer Valley and less than a mile from Deer Valley Resort, Deer Valley Nordic Village 2418 offers ideal proximity to numerous sought-after attractions. Historic Main Street is less than 2 miles away, and a short walk brings you to the free Park City bus shuttle stop, making travel convenient.
This spacious 3966 sq. ft. house offers three levels of living space with 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests.
Guests enter through the garage into the 1st level family room. A flight of stairs leads to the main living area with an open floor plan, hardwood flooring, and mountain views.
Living Room: Styled with mountain furnishings, the living room is equipped with a 65” Roku TV with cable, a gas fireplace, and additional accent chairs and ottomans facing the front balcony with mountain views and balcony access. The back deck features more outdoor seating and a private hot tub.
Kitchen: The kitchen boasts stone counters, a center island with seating for 5, and a 6-burner gas range with double ovens. The GE refrigerator is equipped with water and ice on the door. Additional amenities include a drip coffee maker with a coffee grinder and cooking essentials for your homemade meals.
Dining Area: The dining area has seating for 8 and offers front balcony access. It is conveniently situated next to the kitchen.
Family Room: The family room, located on the 1st level, is furnished with a sectional queen sleeper sofa and a TV with Roku and cable, providing a cozy space for relaxation and entertainment.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom (3rd level): This serene retreat features a king bed, a wall-mount A/C unit, a 50” LG TV with cable, a cozy gas fireplace, and a vaulted ceiling that adds to the airy ambiance. The private en-suite bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, a luxurious jetted tub, and a separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (3rd level): Well-dressed and comfortable, this bedroom includes a king bed, a wall-mount A/C unit, and a 50” TV with cable. A unique vanity in the bedroom provides convenience, and guests can access the jack-n-jill bathroom, which includes a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 3 (3rd level): Cozy and inviting, this room offers a queen bed and a TV with cable. The bedroom vanity adds a touch of luxury and convenience, and it shares access to the jack-n-jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 4 (2nd/main level): Featuring a queen bed and a TV with Roku. A bedroom vanity adds to the comfort, and guests can use the full shared bathroom on this level, which includes a tub/shower combo.
