Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Vermontâs Upper Valley. This bright and comfortable one-bedroom apartment sits above a detached garage on our property, just minutes from I-91 and a short walk to Main Street in Bradford. Itâs an ideal stay for travelers, visiting professionals, or couples exploring the area.
The space
The apartment is completely private with its own entrance and porch. Inside, youâll find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen stocked with cookware, coffee, and essentials, and a clean bathroom with toiletries provided. The living area offers a sofa, streaming-ready TV, and fast Wi-Fiâperfect for relaxing or catching up on work.
Convenience & comfort
Guests enjoy easy self check-in and off-street parking directly next to the stairs leading up to the apartment. The unit has air conditioning, heat, and all the basics for a stress-free stay. Laundry services and grocery options are available nearby in town.

Bradford, Vermont offers a true small-town New England feel. Main Street, less than 10 minutes away on foot, features cafĂ©s, shops, and local favorites like Raeâs CafĂ©, Colatina Exit, and Star Cat Books. Our family lives in the main house on the property with a friendly dog who stays in designated yard areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard at their own risk. Please note that the apartment is on the second level and accessed by stairs.
