The brand new beds and mattresses guarantee a good night's sleep, with the master bedroom offering access to a small private terrace with beautiful views. The first guest bedroom also opens to an outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, stove, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, and water dispenser. A kitchen island with seating, as well as indoor and outdoor dining tables, provide plenty of options for family meals. The terrace is perfect for al fresco dining, featuring a dining table with four chairs, two additional chairs, and a sofa. There's also a gas BBQ for your use.

-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,500. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
-We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
-*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
