With over 3,000 square feet of space, this thoughtfully designed boho-modern mountain home blends upscale comfort with the serenity of the Great Smoky Mountains, making it the perfect destination for families, couples, and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy both nature and high-end amenities.

Inside, you’ll find three spacious master suites, each with a private en-suite bath, along with a cozy bunk room that comfortably sleeps a total of 11 guests. Designed with both style and comfort in mind, this Bohemian-inspired cabin features curated decor, inviting textures, and abundant natural light. For entertainment, enjoy a game room with Skee-Ball, basketball, pinball, and an arcade machine, plus a theater room with plush seating for immersive movie nights. The highlight of the home is the expansive all-weather indoor heated pool, perfect for year-round fun. Step outside to take in panoramic views of Mount Le Conte, unwind in the hot tub, or gather around the outdoor fire pit beneath a starry sky.

A fully stocked chef’s kitchen includes premium appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home—whether you’re cooking for a group or hosting a special occasion. The cabin is also eco-friendly, powered in part by solar panels, with a ChargePoint EV charger (J1772 plug), access to grid electricity, and a backup generator for added peace of mind. We want you to have a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay at Sweet Escape, and kindly ask that you review the following important information:

🛑 General Guidelines
• This is a privately owned cabin, not a hotel. Please treat the home and its contents with care and respect.
• Diligence and adult supervision are important for guests of all ages—especially around stairs, decks, and activity areas.
• Please do not move or rearrange any indoor or outdoor furniture.
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed anywhere on the property. If you vape or smoke, this is not the right rental for you.
• Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

🐞 Nature & Wildlife
• You’re staying in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, and ladybugs are common in wooded areas—especially in fall and winter. While harmless to humans and pets, they may occasionally be seen inside the home despite our routine pest control services.
• Absolutely no fires are allowed—indoors or outdoors. Unauthorized use of candles, fire pits, or open flames will result in a $100 charge plus damages.

⚠️ Weather & Road Conditions
• From November through February, weather can include snow, ice, and freezing temperatures. We strongly recommend having snow tires or chains when conditions call for it, and being well-stocked with essentials in case you’re unable to leave the cabin due to inclement weather.
• We are not responsible for power or internet outages, or for the maintenance of roads, driveways, or decks affected by weather.

💧 Hot Tub & Pool Use
• All use of the hot tub and indoor pool is at your own risk. Please supervise children at all times and follow posted rules.
• No diving, glassware, or horseplay is allowed in pool or spa areas.

🛎️ Booking Requirements & Policies
• Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, with a minimum 4-star rating from previous Airbnb stays.
• Maximum occupancy is 11 guests, including children.
• Maximum of 4 vehicles allowed.
• No pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property, a $200 fee will be charged and the reservation will be canceled.
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM | Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
• Trip insurance is highly recommended, especially during winter months or if you’re traveling with flexibility concerns.
• All guests must sign a rental agreement and liability waiver via email within 24 hours of booking.
• A $500 security hold will be authorized prior to check-in.
• A cancellation fee will apply for guest-initiated cancellations, per platform policy.
