Tämä tyylikäs ja tilava huoneisto sopii erinomaisesti perheellesi. Oikein, kun kävelet, rakastat kauniita Persianlahden näkymiä keittiöstäsi ja olohuoneestasi. Oikealla, löydät täysin varusteltu keittiö graniittiset työtasot ja ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet. Ruokapöydän mukavasti istuu kuusi, joten se sopii erinomaisesti illallisten kanssa perheen kanssa. Great location like the remodel. Construction to building did cause some long delays getting an elevator with workers going in and out. Broken Glass seen multiple times on walkways to beach and pool closed due to broken glass all from construction apparently.

One major disappointment

Wonderful Vacation Experience

The maintenance that was going on did not disturb us at all and when the original room I had reserved was not ready the day I was to check in, Gibson Beach Rentals called me and upgraded my room at no charge. The patio is not over the pool, so it's quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The master bedroom was very warm and cozy; loved the warm colors. Very clean, we would definitely stay there again. The huge soaking tub in the master bathroom was a nice surprise. Everything was perfect.

Perfect Vacation!

The check in and out process was very easy using the App. The staff replaced a coffee maker immediately that I thought was broken, but actually wasn't. The staff found some bathing suits left behind and notified us to mail them back. I highly recommend the place and Gibson. The only negative was the comfort of the twin bed, but I am just used to my bed at home. Great condo and very nicely decorated.

Hated to leave

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very satisfied with the way Gibson handles their rentals. We completed all transactions by email and/ or text. Codes, directions and the variety of free or discounted daily activities. They were even able to fairly accommodate us when we decide we wanted to stay over a little longer. The only slight demerit goes to the owner of the unit. Coffee was brewed in an old drip machine (who doesn't use K-cup nowadays especially travelling), the TVs weren't identical in their offerings, and the kitchen utensils were on the sparse side. Needless to day, we were there to enjoy the beach, golf, etc. so kitchen issues are minor, indeed.

August 2022 Stay

We have stayed at Beachside 2 for years and had a wonderful week weather wise. We have always stayed in another unit but due to construction we were moved to this unit at the last minute. It is dire need of upgrading. Bathroom had mold, AC went out Sunday and was not able to be repaired until Monday. Furniture is old & uncomfortable and balcony had only 3 chairs (for a unit that accomodates up to 6). I was appreciative that we were given a construction discount & the Gibson folks were great but would not recommend this unit unless it was totally refurbished.

The master bedroom king size bed was not comfortable for me and that's due to the springs and I'm not used to that felt like it needed to be replaced my husband liked it . Go figure !!A little tricky with all their codes theirs a code to get to the beach !!they have a code to drive to the property and you have to have a code to get into your room!!
