This two-story condominium is perfectly located for your Tamarindo vacation. Nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core of Tamarindo, this beautiful space offers convenient proximity to the beach, local stores, restaurants, and an active nightlife. Wake up, grab a coffee, sit on one of your three balconies, and let the "Pura Vida" experience relax you and prepare you for another beautiful day in Costa Rica.

This upper level unit has everything you need for your stay. Air conditioned throughout, private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, bath and beach towels.
There is security, 2 pools, and parking available at the complex.

With comfortable sleeping for 4 people, both bedrooms have their own private bathroom and personal air conditioner. The master bedroom offers a balcony overlooking the garden area and has blackout blinds so that you can sleep in if you want to or take an afternoon nap.
The kitchen, laundry room, living room, and 1/2 bathroom are on the bright main floor of the unit . Privet entrance makes your stay more relaxing and enjoyable .Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and paper products are supplied for all short-term rentals. Unit is upper level (3rd & 4th floors) and there are no elevators.
The complex has a locked gate. You will be provided with the code for the gate before your arrival.
You are welcome to use anything in the unit, including any condiments, oils, spices, etc. If you have left over food when you are leaving (untouched), please do leave it for the cleaner as opposed to wasting it by putting int he garbage.

You are not permitted to access the owner lock-up in the unit.
Do not flush the toilet paper!
Yes, you read correctly. Due to the lack of sewage systems in most parts of Costa Rica, almost everyone is on septic. You cannot put toilet paper in the toilets, it must go in the garbage.
